Objective: To study the changes of Maxillary anterior teeth and multiple rooted teeth in alveolar bone morphology in the implant area after immediate implantation,We analyze retrospectively the changes of alveolar bone morphology in the implant area of Maxillary anterior teeth and multiple rooted teeth to provide an important reference for the clinical operation of immediate implantation.Methods: 45 cases are selected for the previous Maxillary anterior teeth and multiple rooted teeth immediate planting,The apical cervical margin of the implant is equal to the apical bone of the alveolar ridge and there is no bone graft powder in Maxillary anterior teeth cases.Multiple rooted teeth cases is divided into 4 groups-0mm lower bone,1mm below the bone,2mm below the bone,3mm below the bone by different planting depths.We take the CBCT images of these patients for immediate and 6 months after immediate plant,and measure alveolar ridge width,alveolar ridge width in labial,buccal,lingual and palatal side with Simplant software.The width of alveolar ridge in plantation area is divided into 5 measurement planes such as W0,W1,W2,W3,W4.The width in labial,buccal,lingual and Palatal side is divided into 4 measurement planes such as W0,W1,W2,W3.Then analyse statistically the morphology of alveolar bone in the planted area after immediate planting.Results:The Maxillary anterior teeth width morphology of alveolar bone in the planted area is 0.483 ± 0.371 mm,0.282 ± 0.329 mm,0.184 ± 0.276 mm,0.094 ±0.143 mm,0.015 ± 0.042 mm in each measurement plane between immediate plant and 6 months.There are significant difference among them.The width morphology of alveolar bone in labial side is 0.362 ± 0.287 mm,0.200 ± 0.242 mm,0.126 ± 0.204 mm,0.062 ± 0.125 mm.There are stastistical differences among 4 measuring planes.The width morphology of alveolar bone in palatal side is 0.117 ± 0.111 mm,0.082 ±0.105 mm,0.028 ± 0.052 mm,0.013 ± 0.033 mm,There is stastistical difference every measurement planes.The multiple rooted teeth width morphology of alveolar bone in the planted area is 1.158 ± 0.567 mm,0.676 ± 0.390 mm,0.391 ± 0.257 mm,0.163 ±0.149 mm,0.053 ± 0.083 mm in each measurement plane between immediate plant and 6 months.There are significant difference among them.The width morphology of alveolar bone in buccal side is 0.701 ± 0.382 mm,0.436 ± 0.274 mm,0.274 ±0.178 mm,0.121 ± 0.115 mm.There are significant difference among 4 measuring planes.The width morphology of alveolar bone in lingual or palatal side is 0.448 ±0.308 mm,0.233 ± 0.170 mm,0.119 ± 0.119 mm,0.041 ± 0.056 mm,There is significant difference every measurement planes.The width morphology is different significantly between immediate plant and 6 months by different planting depths.Conclusions: The results show that the alveolar bone width of the implanted area decrease When maxillary anterior teeth and multiple teeth are implanted immediately,and bone absorption mainly occurs in the neck of the implant;from the neck of the implant to the root,the alveolar bone absorption becomes less and less;when the maxillary anterior teeth defect was small or the thickness of the labial bone plate was larger than 2 mm,the implant must be implanted with good clinical effect equal to the crest of the alveolar ridge.Implantation depth of immediate implantation of multiple roots teeth should be 2 mm below bone.
