Purpose:Patients with benign gallbladder disease who volunteer accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy which is the research object of this study, the purpose is to explore whether it works that acupuncture pretreatment for gastrointestinal recovery after laparoscopic surgery and to add simple and effective method for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:Based on the random number generated by SPSS22,patients who met the inclusion criteria should be randomly divided into treatment group and control group, which selected acupionts as neiguan, heguacpont and so on.The experimental group began to acupuncture on one day before the surgy until the defecation occurred, while the control group started to acupuncture one day after the operation until the defecation occurred. After the operation, the time of appearance for exhaust and defecation and the recovery time of bowel sounds should be record, while the degree of gastrointestinal reaction, abdominal pain, abdominal distension were recorded in 24,48 and 72 hours.Result:1.Baseline comparison : The baseline of the two groups were statistically significant and comparable before treatment.2.Comparison of first exhaust and defecation time:The acupuncture treatment group for the appearance time of postoperative exhaust and defecate was shorter, inter the two groups were statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the treatment group showed better efficacy in the time of exhaust and defecation.3.Comparison of bowel sound recovery time: After operation, the acupuncture treatment group of bowel sounds for recovery time was shorter, inter the two groups were statistically significant(p < 0.05).4.Comparison of abdominal distension scores:There was statistically differences in scoring the abdominal distension degree within two groups whichcompare the time points and pairwise at 24,48 and 72 hours(p < 0.05),showing that two groups can improve the degree of abdominal distention;between the two groups, there was no statistically differences because abdominal distension score was consistent(p > 0.05).5.Comparison of abdominal pain scores :There was statistically differences in scoring the abdominal pain degree within two groups which compare the time points and pairwise at 24,48 and 72 hours(p < 0.05),showing that two groups can improve the degree of abdominal pain;between the two groups, there was no statistically differences(p > 0.05).6.Comparison of gastrointestinal reaction scores:There was statistically differences in scoring the gastrointestinal reaction degree within two groups which compare the time points and pairwise at 24 and 72 hours,24 and 48 hours(p < 0.05),and Pairwise comparison at 48 hours and 72 hours after surgery was not statistically significant(p>0.05).both groups of relief of gastrointestinal reaction,at 48 hours, the gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups were basically relieved.there was statistically differences because gastrointestinal reaction score of treatment group was lower than the control group at24h(p<0.05),at 48 h and 72 h,two groups was no statistically differences because gastrointestinal reaction score was consistent(p >0.05).7.Comparison of overall efficacy: There was statistically difference inter the two groups(p < 0.05),and the acupuncture treatment group had better efficacy.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture pretreatment method can effectively shorten exhaust and defecation for the first time and bowel sounds for the recovery time of patients;2.Acupuncture pretreatment method can improve the symptoms ofabdominal distension, abdominal pain and gastrointestinal reactions after surgy;3.Compared with the two groups in terms of safety and efficacy, the preconditioning model of acupuncture is feasible and more worthy of clinical promotion.
