Objective:To observe the effect of moxa cone moxibustion on serum levels of chemokine-1(CXCL1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?)and interleukin-1 ?(IL-1 ?)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and to explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism of moxibustion. Objective To observe the effect of moxa cone moxibustion on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of RA patients.Method:70 RA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with routine anti rheumatic drugs: Methotrexate tablets(7.5mg / week),folic acid tablets(10mg / week)or leflunomide tablets(10mg / day),and glucocorticoids were taken according to the needs of the disease. The treatment group was treated with moxa cone moxibustion at Zusanli,Shenshu and Ashi points on the basis of oral medication in the control group;twice a week(the treatment interval was at least 2 days),and 4 weeks was a course of treatment for two consecutive courses. The visual analogue scale(VAS),morning stiffness score,DAS28 score,SF-MPQ,sf-aims2,ra-pro were evaluated before and after treatment in two groups of RA patients Serum levels of CXCL1,VEGF,TNF-? and IL-1 ? in RA patients were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).All data were analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software.Result:1.Baseline results of the two groupsBefore treatment, there were no significant differences in the basic information of disease, clinical symptom evaluation indexes(VAS score, morning stiffness score,DAS28 score),related scale scores(SF-MPQ,sf-aims2,ra-pro),routine test indexes(ERs,CRP,RF)and the contents of CXCL1,VEGF,TNF-?,IL-1 ? in serum between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05);2.The influence of moxa cone moxibustion on clinical symptoms of RA patients(1)Intra group comparison: before and after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in clinical symptom evaluation indexes between the two groups(P < 0.05);the vas difference in the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in morning stiffness and dsa28 score(P > 0.05);(2)Comparison between groups: after treatment, there were significant differences in VAS score, morning stiffness score and DAS28 score between the two groups(P < 0.05);3.The influence of moxa cone moxibustion on related scales of RA patients(1)Intra group comparison: there were statistically significant differences in AIMS2-SF,SF-MPQ and ra-pro scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05);there was significant difference in SF-MPQ and ra-pro scores in the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in AIMS2-SF score between the two groups(P > 0.05);(2)Comparison between the two groups: after treatment, there were significant differences in AIMS2-SF,SF-MPQ and ra-pro scores between the two groups(P < 0.05);4.The influence of moxa cone moxibustion on routine examination indexes of RA patients(1)Intra group comparison: the ESR,CRP and RF of the treatment group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05);the ESR of the control group was statistically different(P < 0.05),but the CRP and RF had no statistical difference(P > 0.05);(2)Comparison between the two groups: after treatment,ESR of the two groups had statistical difference(P < 0.05),CRP and RF had no statistical difference(P > 0.05);5.The effect of moxa cone moxibustion on the contents of CXCL1,VEGF,TNF-? and IL-1 ? in serum of RA patients(1)Intra group comparison: there were significant differences in CXCL1,VEGF,TNF-? and IL-1 ? in the treatment group before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05);(2)The difference of CXCL1,VEGF,TNF-? and IL-1 ? between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Conventional Western medicine can relieve the clinical symptoms of RA patients and control the disease;moxa moxibustion can enhance the improvement of conventional Western medicine on joint pain, joint mobility, swelling and quality of life in RA patients.2.The improvement of clinical symptoms, quality of life and pain reduction in the moxibustion treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. It may be compared with moxibustion to enhance the effect of conventional western medicine on the serum levels of CXCL1,VEGF,TNF-?,and IL-1? in RA patients Relevant;one of its effect mechanisms may be the anti-inflammatory effect after using the inflammatory factor.3.Moxibustion moxibustion is safe and effective in the treatment of RA,and it is worthy of further clinical application.
