Objective: To understand the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with facial paralysis; To understand the incidence and severity of facial spasm in patients with facial nerve palsy. To understand the related factors of facial spasm in patients with facial nerve palsy.Understanding the above factors for the future clinical treatment of facial nerve paralysis to provide ideas. Methods: Review between January 2018 and December 2018,chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital neurology, acupuncture and massage clinic and complete facial nerve electrical diagram,403 patients with a diagnosis of "facial nerve paralysis",collected the data including the general clinical data of patients, basic diseases, clinical characteristic, diagnosis, patients with onset time, see a doctor),laboratory test and inspection results, clinical treatment, rehabilitation, concurrent and severe degree of facial spasm.Statistical analysis was carried out on the collected data to analyze the prognosis of patients with facial nerve palsy and the related factors of the occurrence of facial spasm. Results : 1.There were 403 cases of facial nerve paralysis(female/male =1.06:1).The mean age was 46.29±16.35 years for males and 48.10±15.88 years for females. There were 21 cases of hunt's facial paralysis and 382 cases of bell's facial paralysis. On the onset side,left/right =197/206,spring: summer: autumn: winter = 1.21.08:1:1.38,the incidence of facial paralysis in winter and spring was slightly higher than that in summer and autumn.2.There are differences in the number of people in the distribution of emg.The injury degree of emg is mostly concentrated in 50%-59% and 60%-69%.3.The number of clinical doctors choosing acupuncture, moxibustion and finger points is significantly more, while the number of clinical doctors choosing acupuncture point embedding and ear needles is less.4.The degree of injury of diabetes and emg was statistically significant in the sequela of facial paralysis, and the degree of injury of emg was statistically significant in the h-b classification(P < 0.05).5.The incidence rate of facial nerve paralysis complicated with facial spasm was 7.7%,which was related to the injury degree of facial emg(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1,facial nerve paralysis patients in the gender of no difference, often in the middle-aged people; The proportion of bell's facial paralysis was higher, and there was no difference in the incidence side.2.The distribution of different injury degrees of emg is different in the number of people, and the injury degrees of emg are mostly concentrated in 50%-59% and 60%-69% respectively.3.Most clinicians use acupuncture, moxibustion and finger points, but only a few use acupuncture point embedding and ear needles.4.The degree of injury of diabetes and emg was statistically significant in the sequelae of facial paralysis, and the degree of injury of emg was statistically significant in the h-b classification(P < 0.05).5.The incidence rate of facial nerve paralysis complicated with facial spasm was 7.7%,which was related to the injury degree of facial emg(P < 0.05).
