Objective:We observed the difference in efficacy indicators between the two groups,in which the treatment group used Jiawei Guifu Lizhong Decoction combined with exercise, and the control group took Jiawei Guifu Lizhong Decoction to treat patients of postprandial malaise syndrome of functional dyspepsia due to spleen and stomach deficiency type.We explore the clinical application value of Jiawei Guifu Lizhong Decoction combined with exercise in the treatment of postprandial malaise syndrome of functional dyspepsia due to spleen and stomach deficiency. Methods:A total of 60 patients with postprandial discomfort syndrome of functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency type were included.According to the order of patient admission, the 60 patients included in the study are marked as 1-60.We use SPSS25.0 software package to generate random number, and perform 1: 1 random grouping by using visual binning to set a segmentation point.60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 cases),Control group(30 cases),of which 1 case was lost in the treatment group. The two groups were given guidance on diet, work and rest. The treatment group was given Jiawei Guifu Lizhong Decoction,3 times a day,1 bag once, warmed 1 hour before meals, and brisk walking exercise,5 times a week,1 continuous brisk walking for 30 minutes during the day.It is advisable to speak comfortably during brisk walking. The control group was given the Jiawei Guifu Lizhong Decoction alone. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Observe the indexes of TCM symptom score,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome effect, quality of life score, total quality of life score, gastric emptying rate before and after treatment in the two groups of patients, and record the adverse reactions and loss cases during treatment.Statistical analysis and processing of the data were performed using SPSS25.0 software.Results:1.TCM symptom score: Comparing the two points of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups, the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the two groups were compared with each other in terms of abdominal fullness, cold stomach pain, dysphagia, and loose stools, and the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. In terms of vomiting clear water, tired and weak, and hands and feet were not warm, the comparison of symptom score groups,P> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.TCM syndrome score: The average score of TCM syndromes before treatment in the treatment group was 20.76 ± 2.39,and the average score was 4.76 ± 3.55 after treatment. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The average score of TCM syndromes before treatment in the control group was 21.03 ± 2.40,The post-treatment average was 7.13 ± 4.23,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P <0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the scores between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).3.TCM syndrome efficacy: In the treatment group,8 patients were cured,9 were markedly effective,11 were effective, and 1 was ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.55%.In the control group,5 patients were cured clinically,6 were markedly effective,16 were effective, and 3 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 90.00%.There was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P> 0.05).4.quality of life score: Comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment in daily life, anxiety, diet, sleep, discomfort, health feelings, disease control, and stress areas,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Comparison of the quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment in daily life, anxiety, diet, sleep, discomfort, health feelings, disease control, and stress areas,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison between the two groups in the daily life, diet, sleep, discomfort, and quality of life scores in the field of health perception after treatment,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant; After treatment, the scores of anxiety, disease control, and stress in the quality of life group were compared between the two group,P> 0.05,there was no significant difference.6.total quality of life score: The average total quality of life before treatment in the treatment group was 45.45 ± 5.31,and the average was 63.39 ± 4.73 after treatment. There was a significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The average total quality of life before treatment in the control group was 45.95 ± 3.95.The mean value was 58.80 ± 2.92 after the treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P <0.05).The comparison of the total points of quality of life between the two groups after treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).7.gastric emptying rate: The average gastric emptying rate(%)in the treatment group before treatment was 68.38 ± 2.19,and the average after treatment was 75.00 ± 1.95.There was a statistically significant difference in gastric emptying rate before and after treatment in the group(P <0.05);The pre-treatment rate(%)in the control group was 68.27 ± 2.41 and 74.60 ± 2.22 after treatment. The gastric emptying rate before and after treatment was significantly different in the group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in gastric emptying rate between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusions: 1.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the symptoms of patients postprandial discomfort syndrome of functional dyspepsia due to spleen and stomach deficiency type, and the treatment group can significantly improve such patients with abdominal distension, stomach pain, painful eating, lack of food, loose stool Symptoms.2.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the quality of life in the areas of daily life, anxiety, diet, sleep, discomfort, health feelings, disease control, and stress. The treatment group can significantly improve the survival of patients in the areas of daily life, diet, sleep, discomfort and healthy feelings quality.3.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the patient's gastric emptying function.4.Jiawei Guifuzhong Decoction combined with exercise for the treatment of patients with postprandial discomfort syndrome of functional dyspepsia due to spleen and stomach deficiency type is safe and effective.
