ObjectivesThis study aims to observe the improvement effect of acupoint massage on the constipation symptoms of functional constipation in patients with AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstructing the lungs under the guidance of the doctrine of visceral manifestations and the theory of meridians and collaterals in Traditional Chinese medicine.Meanwhile, the effect of this intervention method on the improvement of pulmonary symptoms in patients with AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstructing lung combined with functional constipation was observed. To analyze the correlation between functional constipation and pulmonary symptoms in AECOPD patients with heat-phlegm obstructed lungMethodsFor clinical trials research,,this study adopts the stratified randomisation approaches, selecting met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of phlegm heat type indicates pulmonary AECOPD combined functional constipation patient 66 cases, were randomly assigned, with the help of SAS statistical analysis system process of PROCPLAN statement, given the seed number, according to the proportion of 1:1 66 subjects were randomly divided into trial group and control group, control group given conventional treatment care, experimental group on the basis of the control group used tired point massage. At enrollment, general information of patients was collected.Self-rating constipation scale and pulmonary symptom scale were used to collect self-rating constipation scale scores and pulmonary symptom scores of study subjects. The number of bowel movements were recorded daily, and the Bristol stool Scale was used to record the fecal traits. If the patient did not defecate or had difficulty defecating after three days of intervention, the patient should report to the doctor who prescribed clyster or defecating stimulant to help defecate, and the use of defecating stimulant or enema was recorded. One week after the intervention, the self-rating scale for constipation and pulmonary symptom scale were used to collect the scores of self-rating scale for constipation and pulmonary symptoms, and the clincial efficacy of constipation and pulmonary symptoms were evaluatedResultAll 66 patients completed the clinical trial. There were 33 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group. Before intervention, results baseline data comparison Comparisons of age, gender, educational level, smoking, drinking among patients of the two groups revealed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),treatment group constipation since the rating scale score was 29.55 ±3.21,pulmonary symptoms score was 14.55 ± 3.34,the control constipation since the rating scale score was 28.61±2.45,pulmonary symptoms score was 14.12± 2.86,two groups of patients with constipation symptom self-assessment scale score and pulmonary symptoms score of baseline comparison, there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)After the intervention group constipation since the rating scale score was 9.06±3.67,pulmonary symptoms score was 7.88 ± 2.63,the control constipation since the rating scale score was 22.76 ± 3.63,pulmonary symptoms score was 10.24 ± 2.96,within the group two groups of patients, according to the comparison of two groups of patients with constipation symptom self-assessment scale scores and lung, symptom scores were lower than before, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),It is believed that both conventional treatment and nursing care and acupoint massage can alleviate the constipation symptoms of functional constipation in patients with AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstructing the lung and improve the pulmonary symptoms of AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstructing the lung. The comparison between the two groups showed that the score of self-rating scale of constipation after intervention was lower in the experimental group than in the control group, and the score of pulmonary symptoms after intervention was also lower in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The curative effect of constipation and pulmonary symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of constipation effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,There was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was believed that the effect of acupoint massage on relieving constipation of AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstruction was better than that of routine treatment and care of constipation, and the effect of this intervention method was better than that of routine care in improving patients' pulmonary symptoms. There were no enema visits in the two groups. In the test group, use of defecation-promoting drugs was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was believed that the intervention of acupoint massage could reduce the number of times the patients used the defecation promoting drugs. There was a positive correlation between the efficacy of constipation and the efficacy of pulmonary symptoms in the two groups, and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was believed that there might be a correlation between functional constipation and pulmonary symptoms in AECOPD patients with heat-phlegm obstructing the lung, which again verified the theory of" interior-exterior relationship between lung and large intestine".Conclusion1.The constipation symptoms of both groups were improved, and the improvement effect of the experimental group on functional constipation of AECOPD patients with heat-phlegm obstructing the lung was better than that of the control group. It was believed that acupoint massage was effective in improving functional constipation of AECOPD patients with heat-phlegm obstructing the lung.2.Pulmonary symptoms were improved in both groups, and the improvement effect of the experimental group on pulmonary symptoms of AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstruction was better than that of the control group. It was believed that acupoint massage could improve pulmonary symptoms of AECOPD with heat-phlegm obstruction.3.Massage through meridians to interfere with the function of AECOPD patients with heat-phlegm obstructing the lung; The operation is safe and can be promoted;4.This study once again verified the theory of "interior-exterior relationship between of lung and large intestine".
