Objectives Pre-eclampsia(PE)is a disease unique to pregnant women during pregnancy, and it is also the main cause of death in pregnant women and newborns.Globally, the incidence is about 3-10%.Finding one or several detection markers that are significantly related to the occurrence of pre-eclampsia,and predicting the occurrence of pre-eclampsia and pre-symptomatic intervention are of great significance for prolonging the delivery period of pregnant women and reducing the life risk of pregnant women and newborns. This article uses the Meta analysis method to quantitatively analyze the scientific literature on the relationship between blood homocysteine(Hcy)concentration and preeclampsia over the years, and analyzes the factors that may cause heterogeneity in the results of various studies, with a view to it is a scientific reference for the role of homocysteine in the pathogenesis and diagnosis of pre-eclampsia.Method Retrieving Chinese and English scientific and technical literature on casecontrol studies related to PE and Hcy published or registered but not yet published in domestic and foreign databases before July 2019.All studies used PE patients as the case group and healthy pregnant women as the control group. In this article, when searching the literature, the search language was limited to Chinese and English, and the latest time of the search was as of July 2019.The searched Chinese databases mainly include How Net,Weipu,Wanfang and related Chinese search engines;the English databases mainly include Pub Med,EMbase,Cochrane Library,Science Direct and related English search engines.Inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literature, quality evaluation and data extraction. This analysis was conducted using a random effects model.I~2 and sensitivity analysis were used to determine the size of the heterogeneity of the study, and the source of heterogeneity was found through subgroup analysis. Results 1.Among the 10 selected articles,5 English documents are journal articles;2of the 5 Chinese documents are journals and 3 are master's degree thesis.2.In a Meta analysis of the correlation between blood homocysteine concentration and preeclampsia, the SMD value was 0.968,95% CI was 0.810-1.127,and Hcy was the dominant adverse factor that caused PE in pregnant women. In this analysis,P=0.217,I~2=24.6%,comprehensive sensitivity analysis and bias analysis, the data of each included literaturein this analysis are meaningful to the results of Meta analysis.3.This article conducted a subgroup analysis of the included literature from an ethical perspective. In the analysis of the yellow race, the SMD value was 1.162,95% CI was 0.949-1.376,the Caucasian SMD value was 0.818,95% CI was 0.630-1.005,the SMD value of the yellow race is higher than that of the white race, but the width of the confidence zone does not vary much.Further analysis of the analysis data reveals that I~2=0.0% and P=0.895 of the yellow race, there is almost no heterogeneity, while I~2=12.9% of the Caucasian is less than 24.6% in the overall analysis, and P=0.332 is greater than the overall analysis 0.217,indicating that the heterogeneity was also significantly reduced when the white people were analyzed alone. Therefore, the source of heterogeneity is mainly determined by the ethnic differences of the research subjects.4.A meta-analysis of Hcy levels in the blood and the severity of the patient 's PE in this article revealed that the SMD value was 0.952,95% CI was 0.640-1.263,P=0.179>0.05,I~2=36.4%.The level of Hcy in the blood is significantly positively correlated with the severity of PE in patients. The level of Hcy in the blood is not only the main sign factor of PE patients, but also an important indicator to judge the severity of PE.Conclusions Blood Hcyn level has a strong correlation with the incidence of PE,and there is also a certain correlation with the severity of PE.However, this result may be influenced by race.Compared with Caucasians, yellow people may be more likely to be affected by blood Hcyn levels and develop PE.In addition, the blood Hcyn level is positively correlated with the severity of PE,but whether it has the same clinical value remains to be investigated.Figure19;Table8;Reference 176...
