Objective Through the long-term dynamic surveillance and characteristic analysis of hand foot mouth disease epidemiology in Handan city from 2009 to 2018.The spatiotemporal trend of HFMD in Handan city was analyzed by using GIS technology,and the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD were described.From time and space,we found the epidemic characteristics and changing rules of HFMD in Handan City,nd explored the influencing factors of HFMD spread in Handan.It provides scientific basis for Handan city to prevent and control HFMD accurately and effectively.Methods 1 Epidemic situation and pathogenic characteristics of HFMD in Handan from2009 to 2018:Collect and sort out the reported cases and pathogenic data of HFMD in2009-2018.Descriptive analysis of the incidence rate and incidence of hand foot mouth disease.Descriptive analysis was made on the results of common cases and severe cases of HFMD in network laboratory;2 Using GIS to draw thematic maps by year and month,Descriptive analysis of spatiotemporal trend characteristics of thematic maps to be drawn.3 Analysis of the relationship between the influencing factors and the spatial trend of HFMD:Linear correlation,chi square test and Student's t test were used to test the correlation and difference between the possible factors and the incidence rate.Results 1 In 2009-2018,60331 cases of hand foot mouth disease were reported in Handan,and the annual incidence rate was 64.86/10 million.The overall incidence rate and severe rate all showed a two-year peak and a general downward trend.From 2009 to 2018,hand,foot and mouth disease cases were reported every month in Handan City,with obvious seasonality.The incidence is mainly in children under 5 years old,especially in children aged 1-3 years old.Among them,there were 52 463 cases in the 1-3 years old group,accounting for 86.96% of the total cases and 92.67% of the cases under 5 years old.The male-to-female ratio was 1.67:1.Occupational distribution was dominated by scattered children,accounting for 90.15% of the total cases.Cases have been reported in all counties of Handan City,and the epidemic is sporadic but locally high.2 The positive detection rate of etiological surveillance was 65.59%.EV71 virus type accounted for45.24%;Cox A16 virus type accounted for 19.04%;other enterovirus types accounted for35.36%.From 2009 to 2014,EV71 is the main type.Other enterovirus types dominated in2015-2018;The deaths in 2009-2018 were all EV71.3 The temporal and spatial trend of annual incidence in Handan City during the period of 2009-2018 is characterized by the trend of moving from northeast to west.Influencing factors :(1)Per capita financial investment in health care r=-0.439,(P=0.005);(2)Knowledge of HFMD Awareness in the Northeast of Handan City is better than that in the West(P<0.001).4The temporal and spatial epidemic trend of HFMD incidence monthly each year in Handan City,with the trend characteristic of moving from northeast to West.Influencing factors:The temperature in the northeast of Handan is higher than that in the west(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The incidence rate of HFMD and reported severe rate in Handan all present a rule of 2 years and one cycle.High incidence in summer and autumn.More men than women have HFMD.Handan city hand foot mouth disease is mainly under 5 years old children.2 The main epidemic virus types of HFMD changed from EV71 to other types;In2009-2018,EV71 was the most common cause of death.3 The incidence rate of hand foot mouth disease in Handan has been increasing year by year and monthly trend.From the northeast of Handan to the west of Handan.4 GIS technology analysis time and space trend is more intuitive for epidemic analysis.It is easy to find the transmission of infectious diseases between regions.Figure13;Table14;Reference 97...
