Objectives By analyzing the relationship between various factors in the perioperative period and the length of hospitalization and hospitalization costs of elderly hip fracture patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics at the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology in Tangshan City,we explored the relevant factors that may affect the rapid recovery of elderly hip fracture patients and optimized The perioperative measures of elderly hip fracture patients provide a reference for the rapid rehabilitation of elderly hip fracture patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 69 patients who underwent surgical treatment of elderly hip fractures in the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology in Tangshan City from September 2017 to September 2019.Waiting time for surgery, anesthesia method, fracture type, postoperative complications, pain score(first day after surgery),preoperative albumin content, preoperative hemoglobin content, length of stay, cost of hospitalization, based on length of stay and cost of hospitalization Indicators, analysis factors include gender, age, body mass index,pre-injury comorbidity, waiting time for surgery, anesthesia method, fracture site, postoperative complications, pain score, preoperative albumin content, preoperative hemoglobin content, these factors For single factor analysis,P<0.05 was considered to be significant, and statistically significant factors were included in multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 69 elderly hip fracture patients were included in this study.Single factor analysis showed that the patient's age,pre-injury comorbidity, waiting time for surgery, postoperative complications, pain score, preoperative albumin and other factors had a significant impact on the length of hospital stay;Age,pre-injury comorbidities, waiting time for surgery, anesthesia methods, postoperative complications, pain scores, preoperative albumin, preoperative hemoglobin have a significant impact on hospitalization costs, multivariate analysis shows that age and postoperative complications affect the elderly Independent risk factors for the length of hospitalization of hip fracture patients,pre-injury complications, anesthesia methods, and postoperative complications are independent risk factors that affect the hospitalization costs of elderly hip fracture patients. Conclusions Patients with older age, more pre-injury comorbidities, longer waiting time for surgery, more postoperative complications, pain score higher than 3,and preoperative albumin less than 35g/L have longer hospital stays, older age,pre-injury complications Patients with more waiting time, longer operation time, general anesthesia, more postoperative complications, pain score higher than 3 points, preoperative albumin less than 35g/L,preoperative hemoglobin less than 120g/L more hospitalization costs. Moreover, older age and postoperative complications directly affect the length of hospitalization of elderly hip fracture patients, and The use of general anesthesia and postoperative complications mostly directly affect the hospitalization costs of elderly hip fracture patients.Figure 2;Table 31;Reference 149 articles.
