Objective:To compare and observe the patients who underwent laparoscopicassisted radical resection of rectal cancer in this department, and to stu dy the difference in the short-term postoperative efficacy. It provides a reference for the rational selection of surgical methods in clinical work. Methods:A total of 113 patients were selected from the Department of Oncology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January 2014 to December 2019.According to the exclusion criteria,13 cases were excluded.According to different surgical methods. The remaining 100 cases according to different operation method, divided into laparotomy group(control group)and laparoscopic assisted surgery group(observation group)were retrospectively study, both groups according to the TME(Total mesorectal excision)principle of rectum before low resection, control group 40 cases, observation group of 60 cases. The general clinical data, preoperative and postoperative data of the two groups of patients were compared between the groups, and statistical software was applied for data integration analysis(note: SPSS 21.0 was used in this project). Results:All the 100 patients included in the study completed rectal surgery successfully.Compared with the two groups, the postoperative recovery indexes of the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Anal exhaust time(4.38±1.46 VS 5.65±1.44),postoperative first feeding time(6.20±3.25 VS 7.65±3.61),postoperative hospital stay(15.25±1.79 VS 17.55±1.58),postoperative indwelling time(4.57±2.03 VS 6.08±2.35),postoperative indwelling time of drainage tube(6.85±1.96 VS 9.075±1.94).There was no significant difference in prince-henry scores between the two groups on the day after surgery(P>,0.05),but there was significant difference in prince-henry scores on the first day after surgery and the second day after surgery(P<0.05).The overall postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of incision infection in the laparoscopic group was lower than that in the laparotomy group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in postoperative anastomotic blood, postoperative pneumonia, anastomotic fistula, abdominal infection, lower urinary tract infection and other observation indicators(P>0.05).The hemoglobin LAC group was higher than the OS group on the first day after surgery(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other preoperative and postoperative blood routine data(P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic-assisted radical resection of rectal cancer is effective and satisfactory in the near future.Compared with laparotomy, this operation has smaller incision and less trauma, and the postoperative pain degree of patients is less, while the comfort level is relatively higher. Thanks to the advantages of minimally invasive surgery, patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery have a faster postoperative recovery of intestinal function and an earlier time to go to the ground, reducing the overall postoperative complication rate(including a significantly reduced risk of incision infection)and shortening the hospital stay. Therefore, this surgical method is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
