Objective:1.To explore the predictive value of maternal serum CK,AFP and ?-hCG on prenatal placenta implantation;2.To explore the predictive value of maternal serum CK,AFP and ?-hCG Combined to predict placenta implantation;3.The cutoff values of CK,AFP and ?-hCG in maternal serum were calculated to predict placental implantation.Methods:Collection between September 2017 and September 2019 in chengde city central hospital obstetrics outpatient prenatal and placenta increta high-risk factors for the existence of childbirth in * and termination of pregnancy in cesarean delivery of 102 cases of pregnant women,according to the intraoperative and postoperative pathologic histology diagnosis(uterine smooth muscle in villi)are divided into group and non implanted placenta placenta increta.The group of placenta implantation included 28 cases of placenta adhesion,20 cases of placenta implantation and 2 cases of penetrating placenta implantation,namely the experimental group.Fifty-two pregnant women with the same or similar risk factors without placenta implantation were selected as the non-placental implantation group,i.e.,the control group,and 60 normal pregnant women with cesarean section termination without risk factors were randomly selected as the blank control group.Choose SPSS 25.0 statistical data,measurement data using(`X±s)said,using the single factor analysis of variance is compared between groups,draw the receiver-operating characteristic curve(ROC curve),and calculate the area under the curve(AUC),the greater the CK,AFP and ?-hCG separately predict placenta increta sensitivity,specific degree,diagnostic coincidence rate and combined prediction of placenta increta,diagnostic coincidence rate sensitivity,specific degree,The cutoff values of CK,AFP and ?-hCG for predicting placental implantation were calculated using the yoden index.When P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.* High risk factors: Operation history of cesarean section,advanced puerpera,multiple births,multiple curets and induced abortion and other intrauterine operation history.Results:Serum levels of CK,AFP and hCG in pregnant women in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the blank control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The sensitivity of the serum CK to placenta implantation was 42.67%,the specific degree of52.68%,the diagnostic coincidence rate of 69.72%,the sensitivity of the serum AFP to placenta increta was 65.78%,the specific degree of 60.24%,the diagnostic coincidence rate 71.68%,the sensitivity of the serum levels of?-hCG to placenta implantation is 67.38%,specific degree of 69.46%,the diagnostic coincidence rate 73.09%,combined to predict the sensitivity of placenta implantation respectively: 79.04%,specific degrees respectively:81.57%,the diagnostic coincidence rate 80.67%;The critical values of CK,AFP and ?-hCG in serum of pregnant women in the experimental group were128.09U/ml,270.67U/ml and 28709.5u /L,respectively.Conclusion:1.The levels of CK,AFP and ?-hCG in the maternal serum of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group and the blank control group;2.Maternal serum CK,AFP and ?-hCG have certain predictive value for placenta implantation,especially the predictive value of combined screening of the three to prenatal placenta implantation is significantly increased.3.The critical values of CK,AFP and ?-hCG in maternal serum in the experimental group were 128.09U/ml,270.67U/ml and 28709.5u/L,respectively...
