Objective:Alcohol dependence has become a social and medical problem that people pay more attention to in today's society.Drug therapy, psychotherapy, family and social intervention are also recognized as effective therapies for alcohol dependence.Psychotherapy and family intervention play an important role in the success of abstinence. In this study, through the implementation of group psychotherapy on male alcohol dependent patients,we observed the impact on their alcohol craving and negative emotions, and followed up the rate of re-drinking half a year after discharge, trying to explore a more targeted and refined treatment plan in clinical treatment,so as to effectively reduce the patients' alcohol craving,to prevent relapse.Method:1.Selection of research subjects: According to the inclusion criteria,80 male patients with alcohol dependence admitted to Zaozhuang mental health center from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, general data such as gender and age of the two groups were compared, and the research subjects were randomly divided into a research group and a control group, with comparability.2.Intervention procedures:(1)Inform the content, purpose and process of the study in detail to the two groups of personnel, both groups of personnel agreed, and signed the informed consent.(2)Both groups were given the anti-anxiety drug Diazepam tablets for treatment,15 mg/ time,3 times a day, every 7days as a course of treatment, according to the patient's actual situation, the drug dose to the patient was gradually reduced until the drug was stopped. At the same time, the patients were given compound vitamin B,3 capsules per time,3 times a day.(3)Before the intervention, the research group and the control group were given PACS,HAMA and HAMD scores respectively.(4)After two weeks of hospitalization, the study group received group psychotherapy,to increased awareness of abstinence among patients, successfully motivated patients to release alcohol dependence,to correct the patient's lifestyle,to promote psychological rehabilitation, regularly inform the family of the actual situation of the patient and the effects of the treatment,to access the family support,to encourage patient confidence in abstinence, early return to normal life.(5)After two weeks of hospitalization, the control group was given collective health education to explain the harm of drinking, the cause of alcohol dependence, the pathogenesis, the main symptoms of alcohol withdrawal, the main steps of alcohol withdrawal and the main factors affecting alcohol withdrawal in detail,so as to encourage the patients to establish their self-confidence in alcohol withdrawal.(6)During the treatment process, and after 4 weeks of treatment, the research group and the control group were given PACS,HAMA and HAMD scores respectively,to get the effective assessment of the patient's mental state.(7)The rate of re-drinking for half a year was followed up by telephone or clinic.Result:1.In this paper, patients with alcohol dependence were selected as the research object,a total of 80 cases were included, and they were randomly divided into a research group and a control group. The results showed no significant differences. There was no significant difference in age, drinking time, educational level and daily drinking volume between the two groups.2.PACS score comparison.PACS scores were performed before and after treatment, and the scores were recorded.Judging from the PACS score before treatment, the results obtained by the two groups were equivalent, and there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Comparing the scores after treatment and before treatment, the two groups showed a significant decrease after treatment compared with before treatment, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Then compare the changes between the two groups before and after treatment.Among them, the score of the study group decreased the most, and the difference was significant compared with the other group(P <0.05).There was a statistical difference between the groups.3.HAMA score comparison: HAMA scores were performed before and after treatment in both groups of patients, and the score results were recorded. From the point of view of the HAMA score before treatment, the results obtained by the two groups were equivalent, and there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Compared with the score before treatment, the scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Then compare the changes between the two groups before and after treatment.Among them, the score of the study group decreased the most, and the difference was significant compared with the other group(P <0.05).There was a statistical difference between the groups.4.Comparison of HAMD scores: The two groups of patients had HAMD scores before and after treatment, and the score results were recorded.Judging from the scores before treatment, the results obtained by the two groups were equivalent, and there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).Compared with the score before treatment, the scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Then compare the changes between the two groups before and after treatment.Among them, the score of the study group decreased the most, and the difference was significant compared with the other group(P <0.05).There was a statistical difference between the groups.5.Compare the rate of re-drinking after half a year.Follow up all patients for half a year, record the status of re-drinking,and calculate the re-drinking rate of each group. The study group and control group were 18 cases and 29 cases, respectively, accounting for 45.0% and 72.5%.According to the results obtained, the re-drinking situation in the study group was relatively good, the re-drinking rate was significantly lower, and the effect was better(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Group psychotherapy can improve the initiative of abstaining from alcohol and reduce the thirst for alcohol.2.Group psychotherapy can improve the negative emotions of alcohol dependent patients.3.Group psychotherapy and alcohol-dependent patients have a good effect, can greatly improve the success rate of abstinence, and obtain more ideal results. At the same time, they also have certain advantages in preventing
