Objective : To explore the effect of Erigeron breviscapus Capsule on vascular endothelial function and mi-RNA in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods: A total of 60 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: Routine treatment + Erigeron Capsule group and Routine group.At the same time,recruit 30 healthy volunteers,compare the basic data of the above three groups of people,and take RHI(Reactive Congestion Index)of patients with myocardial infarction as the research object,perform Pearson correlation analysis on each variable and RHI,use stepwise multiple linear regression to explore Influencing factors of RHI.Simultaneously,fasting venous blood(5ml)was extracted at baseline and after 6 months.RNA and Agilent hum were extracted to analyze the expression of microRNA by an microRNA microarray.Besides,different kinds of microRNA was analyzed biologically.Results: SBP,GLU,HbA1 c and LDL-C were all negatively correlated with RHI(P<0.05).SBP,LDL-C and GLU were independent risk factors affecting RHI,all were linearly negatively correlated with RHI(P<0.05).Taking RHI as x and GLU as y as scatter plots,linear analysis showed that patients' RHI and GLU levels were negatively correlated;before treatment,compared with normal databases,the expression levels of 23 mi-RNAs were significantly increased(P<0.05),The expression levels of 13 mi-RNAs decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results of qRT-PCR verification showed that there were no significant differences in the expression levels of the four mi-RNAs except miR-361-5p,miR-182-5p,miR-497-5p and miR-20a-5p in the plasma of AMI patients.(P>0.05),the expression levels of the remaining 32 mi-RNAs showed significant changes compared with the normal control group(P<0.05),of which there were 20 up-regulated mi-RNAs and 12down-regulated mi-RNAs;after treatment,20 up-regulated mi-RNAs The mi-RNA showed a downward trend,and the decrease in the routine treatment + Erigeron capsule group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the down-regulated 12 kinds of mi-RNA showed an upward trend,and the routine treatment + Erigeron capsule group increased The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both routine therapy + Erigeron breviscapus capsule and routine therapy can improve the endothelial function of patients.(2)Routine therapy + Erigeron breviscapus capsule can improve the endothelial function of patients more significantly than routine therapy;(3)Acute myocardial infarction can cause changes in microRNAs;(4)Routine therapy + Erigeron breviscapus capsule and routine therapy can regulate the physiological state of patients by altering the microRNAs;(5)Routine treatment + Erigeron breviscapus capsule has more significant effect on the regulation of microRNAs than routine treatment.
