Objective: To use statistics to fill in the questionnaire to calculate the relationship between daily life environment, family genetic history, personal allergic history and dietary habits of patients with dust mite allergic respiratory allergic diseases, and provide guidance for scientific prevention and reduction of incidence.Direction and specific measures. Methods: Questionnaires were randomly distributed among patients with allergic rhinitis and / or bronchial asthma who were allergic to dust mite at an allergy clinic of a general hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.150 valid questionnaires were collected as a study group. The medical examination center selected 150 healthy people to fill in a questionnaire as a control group. The chi-square test was used to screen which factors had an impact on the disease, and the multi-factor Logistic regression was used to analyze the specific impact on the disease. Results: Data analysis found that carpet and cotton wool products(OR = 7.849),personal allergy history(OR = 3.581),use of humidifier(OR = 2.407),pet keeping(OR = 2.376),decoration within 1 year(OR = 2.329)),Family history(OR = 2.258),smoking(OR = 1.941),and allergic rhinitis and asthma allergic to dust mite all have a significant effect;regular ventilation(OR = 0.144),regular bed cleaning(OR = 0.313))OR values are less than 1.Conclusion: Long-term use of carpets and cotton wool fabrics, history of personal allergies, use of air humidifiers, pet keeping, and a history of house decoration in a year, family history of allergic diseases, smoking environment, and other allergic factors to dust mite allergies Rhinitis and(or)bronchial asthma can promote the occurrence;regular ventilation, bed sheets, and hood cleaning are protective factors;whether antibiotic use is a risk factor, and whether lactic acid bacteria have a protective effect, further observation and research are needed.
