Objective: According to the subjective overall assessment scale of patients, investigate the nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors;analyze the relevant factors affecting the nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors, aiming to develop more effective nursing interventions for clinical And provide a reference basis for improving the treatment outcome. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study. It is convenient to select a sample of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors admitted to a tertiary cancer hospital in Liaoning Province from November 2018 to October 2019 for questionnaire survey.Research tools include general information questionnaire,Patient-Generated Subject Global Assessment(PG-SGA),Digital Pain Scale(NRS),Distress Thermometer(DT),multi-dimensional Fatigue Inventory(The Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory-20,MFI-20),Cancer Patients Quality of Life Scale(Quality of Life-core 30 questionnaire,QLQ-C30).Use Excel to build the database and enter the management, use SPSS 23.0 for data analysis.Counting data is described by frequency and percentage, and measurement data is described by mean ± standard deviation;single factor analysis(Kruskal-Wallis H test,Ridit analysis)and multifactor analysis(ordered logistic regression)are used to analyze the impact of head and neck tumor Factors related to nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis. Results: 1.Nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors: PG-SGA score of 202 patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors was(7.37 ± 4.96)points,of which 22 cases(10.9%)were in good nutrition status Or 107 cases of mild malnutrition(53.0%),73 cases of severe malnutrition(36.1%).2.Single factor analysis of nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis in head and neck tumors: occupation, surgical treatment, whether or not combined with chemotherapy, radiation oral mucositis grade, pathological stage, number of radiotherapy, serum prealbumin, albumin, total protein,There are differences in 10 factors of lymphocyte count, and the differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).3.Correlation analysis of nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis ofhead and neck tumors:(1)The degree of psychological pain of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors is positively correlated with nutritional status(r = 0.243,P <0.01);(2)The degree of fatigue of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors was positively correlated with nutritional status(r = 0.228,P <0.01);(3)The degree of pain in patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors is positively correlated with nutritional status(r = 0.295,P <0.01);(4)The quality of life of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors was positively correlated with nutritional status(r = 0.588,P <0.01),including total health status and five functional areas(body function, role function, emotional function, cognition Function and social function)are negatively correlated with nutritional status(r=-0.551 ?-0.161,P <0.05),fatigue,nausea and vomiting, pain, shortness of breath, insomnia, loss of appetite, constipation, financial difficulties and The nutritional status was positively correlated(r = 0.113 ? 0.472,P <0.01).4.The ordered logistic regression results of nutritional status of patients with radioactive oral mucositis of head and neck tumors showed that 7 variables of radioactive oral mucositis classification, pathological stage, psychological pain, fatigue, pain, constipation, and economic difficulties were included in the regression equation(b =0.771,b = 0.607,b = 0.439,b =-0.185,b = 0.637,b = 0.076,b = 0.058,P <0.05).Conclusion:Among the patients with head and neck tumor radioactive oral mucositis, more than half are at suspicious or mild malnutrition levels, and more than one third are at severe malnutrition levels.Patients with higher levels of radioactive oral mucositis, higher pathological stage, more severe psychological distress, more fatigue, more pain, more severe constipation, and more economic difficulties are more likely to suffer from malnutrition.
