Objective:Investigate the clinical effect of oral glucocorticoid on patients with chronic sinusitis of different clinical types. Objective to investigate the changes of peripheral blood eosinophil percentage before and after oral glucocorticoid administration. Methods:All patients diagnosed with chronic sinusitis in the nasal ward of shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from December 2018 to December 2019were collected and divided into group A?CRSwNP?and group B?CRSsNP?.According to the three-dimensional CT and nasal endoscopic examination of the sinuses for the formation of polyps.Group A was further divided into group A1?ECRSwNP?and group A2?NECRSwNP?subgroups according to whether there was eosinophilic infiltration in the postoperative histopathological sections. All the patients were given methylprednisolone tablets 24mg/d orally, which was taken every morning and orally until the operation. The clinical efficacy of oral glucocorticoid therapy was compared between group A and group B.The percentage change of eosinophil in blood routine examination before and after oral glucocorticoid treatment was compared between group A1 and group A2,and the statistical analysis using S22.0 software.Results:?1?After oral corticosteroids, the subjective efficacy and VAS scores of group A?CRSwNP?and group B?CRSsNP?were improved and improved, and group A?CRSwNP?was more obvious than group B?CRSsNP?.?2?After oral glucocorticoid treatment, the peripheral blood eosinophil percentage in group A1?ECRSwNP?and group A2?NECRSwNP?decreased,and the A1 group?ECRSwNP?was more significant than the A2 group?NECRSwNP?.Conclusion:?1?Oral glucocorticoids were used in the treatment of different types of CRS patients with improved clinical symptoms,CRSsNP patients can also be treated with oral glucocorticoids in order to control inflammation, improve symptoms, improve the definition of the surgical field.?2?Oral glucocorticoid can reduce the percentage of eosinophil in peripheral blood of patients with CRSwNP,which can be used for early clinical treatment of CRSwNP,reduce inflammation and reduce postoperative recurrence.
