Research On Evaluation Of High Quality Development Of Medical Service Industry In China

Based on the research results of industrial evaluation,the paper tries to evaluate the development of China's medical service industry by comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign research results and theoretical research,this paper introduces the methodology of industrial high quality development and comprehensive evaluation.Secondly,combined with the high-quality development of the medical service industry in the new era,the indicators are selected by consulting experts,and classified from six aspects: industry size,industry structure,development environment,service capabilities,service accessibility,and health results.An evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the medical service industry consisting of 6 primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators.Thirdly,a questionnaire is designed based on the analytic hierarchy process,and the scoring results of experts are collected and counted to determine the weight of each indicator.Finally,empirical research is carried out to standardize the data and weight the results through the method of fixed base range,analyze and evaluate the high-quality development of China's medical service industry from 2015 to 2017 according to the index calculation results.According to the calculation results,it is found that China's medical service industry continues to develop well,but there are still some research conclusions,such as the unreasonable distribution of medical and health resources,the fairness of health human resource allocation,and the heavy workload of doctors in the eastern region.In response to the above issues,the policy recommendations to promote the high-quality development of China's medical service industry are as follows.Firstly,optimize the development pattern and promote the coordinated development of China's medical service level in the eastern,central and western regions.Secondly,rationally plan the single scale of public hospitals to promote hospital health Orderly development.thirdly,increase the investment of basic medical institutions to improve the ability of basic medical services.Fourth,steadily promote social medical services and optimize the supply structure of medical services.Fifth,make full use of modern information technology to accelerate the development of smart medical services.Sixth,strengthen the training and use of medical and health personnel,and stabilize the talent team.
