Objective: Analysis of statistics in our producing ESBLs urinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli resistance situation, produce broad-spectrum beta lactamase(ESBLs)detection rate and its risk factors for clinical doctors informed of drug resistance in patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital, according to the results of drug susceptibility, adjust the regimen guidance we will provide a scientific basis for the rational use of antibiotic treatment of urinary tract infection, raise the level of its diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Collected in our hospital urinary tract infection in patients with clean middle urine specimens produced in Escherichia coli, according to whether the Escherichia coli isolated from urine specimens produces ESBLs it is divided into ESBLs producing group and non producing ESBLs group, the clinical data of two groups of data for statistical analysis. Results: In our hospital between September 2017 and September 2019 urinary tract infection in patients with a total of 279 cases of Escherichia coli was isolated, with 163 cases producing ESBLs strains(58.42%),not producing ESBLs strains in 116 cases(41.58%),the prevalence of antibiotic resistance producing ESBLs group was obviously higher than that of non producing ESBLs group.Producing ESBLs group of patients hospitalized rate of detaining urethral catheter for long time, and the prevalence of urinary tract obstruction is significantly higher than non producing ESBLs group(p<0.05).Logistic multiple factor regression analysis also showed that the length of time is long, with urinary tract obstruction, urethral catheter were producing ESBLs independent risk factors for Escherichia coli. Conclusion: Producing ESBLs Escherichia coli in the patients with urinary tract infections resistant rate is higher, and long time of hospitalization, indwelling catheter, patients with urinary tract obstructive diseases is the risk factor of patients with urinary tract infection.
