Objective: To investigate the correlation between the changes of blood flow in the optic disc and macular area in non arteritis anterior ischemic optic neuropathy(NAION).Methods: From November 2017 to July 2019,40 patients with NAION were collected, and another 40 normal people confirmed as healthy by physical examination were taken at the same time. The corresponding cases and control groups were examined by OCT,and the blood flow area(FA),radial capillary network(RCFA)around the optic disc, superficial and deep layer of macular area(FA)and no FA were measured The area of perfusion area(NFA),blood flow density(VD),and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)were used to examine the bilateral ophthalmic arteries. The blood flow in the ophthalmic artery(OA),central retinal artery(CRA),posterior ciliary short artery(PCA)of the two groups were observed. The OA,CRA,PCA,PSV,PSV and PSV of both eyes were measured Degree(EDV)and resistance index(RI)were measured and then compared among groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the blood flow of FA,RCFA,FA,NFA,VD and OA,CRA,PCA in the superficial and deep layers of macular area. Results: In this observation,FA,FA and VD of the optic disc, radial capillary network around the optic disc, shallow macular area and deep macular area in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and NFA was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);PSV and EDV of OA,CRA and PCA in the case group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and RI was significantly higher, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);OA in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05);OA in the case group CRV,PCA,FA,RCFA,FA,NFA and VD were positively correlated with OA,CRV and PCA,and negatively correlated with RI(P < 0.05)The peak systolic and diastolic blood flow velocities of deep and shallow NFA were negatively correlated with those of OA,CRV and PCA(P < 0.05),and positively correlated with resistance index(P < 0.05).The peak systolic and diastolic blood flow velocities of optic disc and its surrounding capillary network FA were positively correlated with those of OA,CRV and PCA(P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with resistance index(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis of NAION patients, color Doppler flow imaging can provide a detailed understanding of the intraocular hemodynamics of patients, and the hemodynamics of each artery of patients are related to their intraocular NFA,VD,etc.,which can assist in the clinical NAION examination.Through the observation of the intraocular hemodynamics of patients, the macular area and the optic disc perfusion can be effectively judged High diagnostic accuracy of clinical NAION.
