Objective:To establish the reference intervals of thromboelastograms(TEG)and traditional coagulation indicators for full-term pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy, and analyze the correlation. Methods:According to the standard method of Define and Determine the Reference Intervals in Clinical Laboratory(WS/T 402-2012),retrospectively analyzed pregnant women who were performed TEG,coagulation and blood test in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,establish the reference intervals.Linear correlation and regression analysis were performed among the related parameters.Results:1.A total of 256 healthy full-term singleton pregnant women were included.Reference intervals of coagulation test:PT 9.3?11.7s,APTT 24?30s,TT 13.6?15.0s,FIB 3?6g/L,D-D 254?1337?g/L.Reference intervals of PLT:116?293×10~9/L.Reference intervals of TEG:R 4?8min,K 0.8?2min,MA 57?83mm,Angle 60?77°.2.Correlation analysis showed that R and APTT(r=0.290,P<0.01),MA and PLT(r=0.348,P<0.01),MA and FIB(r=0.335,P<0.01),Angle and TT(r=0.127,P<0.05),Angle and PLT(r=0.410,P<0.01)were positively correlated.K and PLT(r=-0.234,P<0.01),Angle and D-D(r=-0.145,P<0.05)showed a negative correlatio n.Conclusion:The reference interval for TEG and conventional coagulation test in the general population is not suitable for pregnant women.Establishing a reference interval for healthy full-term women with a singleton pregnancy can provide a more reliable basis for the abnormal coagulation function in the perinatal period.TEG reflects the whole process of the coagulation, reflect the coagulation function better than conventional coagulation test,so the combination of the two tests can reflect the coagulation status of pregnant women accurately.
