Objective:Investigate the relationship between sleep quality and cognitive function in patients with hypertension Selection methods: Choose between January 2019 and December 2019 in the first hospital affiliated to China medical university general hospital patients with high blood pressure,to include people with Pittsburgh sleep quality table(PSQI)to evaluate the sleep quality, according to the evaluation results will be the research object is divided into normal sleep disturbances and sleep in the two groups.two groups of cognitive level, with a simple-dental status examination(MMSE)and the revised montreal(MOCA)assessment scale. Results:A total of 100 hospitalized patients participated in the study,The subjects were divided into two groups sleep quality, with 50 patients in each group(n=50).Among them,26 patients with cognitive dysfunction in the normal sleep group, accounting for 52%,and 38 patients with cognitive dysfunction in the sleep disorder group, accounting for 76%.The baseline clinical parameters of the two groups were comparable(P > 0.05).To evaluate the cognitive level of the two groups..The MMSE scale was demarcated according to different years of education, with a total score of30 points,19 points for >,22 points for > if the years of education were less than 7years,and 26 points for> if the years of education were higher than 7 years.MOCA scores below 26 indicate cognitive impairment.Compared with patients with normal sleep group, sleep disorder patients in cognitive function obstacle detection rate increasing, the detection rate of cognitive dysfunction comparison between two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).In addition, the correlation analysis between hypertension combined with sleep disorder and cognitive dysfunction showed that: patients with hypertension combined with sleep disorder were correlated with cognitive function, and sleep quality was positively correlated with cognitive function level(?=0.250,P<0.05).In patients with sleep disorders,a univariate study of risk factors found a positive correlation between women and cognitive impairment(?=0.514,P<0.05).Conclusion: hypertension combined with sleep disorder can affect the level ofcognitive function. In this study, the patient-centered general practice can identify and evaluate the status of cognitive function in the early stage, screen the sleep quality of patients and prevent it as early as possible,in order to reduce the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction in order to play a certain role in clinical work;...
