Marine life is vital to life,and the culture and nutrition of different types of marine plants are important in different parts of the world.In the northwestern region bordering the Pacific Ocean,various seaweeds are used as food and folk medicine to maintain human health.Some species of seaweed and its ingredients have become popular and recognized foods around the world.Brown algae has a variety of biological activities.In this paper,brown algae Dictyopteris undulata as the research object,isolation and purification,to study the optimization of its extraction process and anti-inflammatory analgesic activity and pharmacokinetics in rats,to provide ideas for the development of future anti-inflammatory drugs.In this experiment,the crude extract of Dictyopteris undulata was dried and pulverized by methanol extraction,and the crude extract was further purified.The Dictyopteris undulata with anti-inflammatory activity was obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography.The best preparation process was determined: the crude methanol extract was first extracted with ethyl acetate and water to obtain an ethyl acetate layer.After extraction with hexane and 90% methanol,a 90% methanol layer was obtained.Finally,the silica gel column was used for concentration elution and high-performance liquid chromatography for separation and purification.The structure of the active substance was identified by NMR to obtain pure "zonarol".And the extraction rate reached 2.1%.The anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity of zonarol extract from Dictyopteris undulata was studied.The results showed that zonarol showed a good detumescent effect on mouse models of paw edema induced by oral injection of carrageenan.Both the high-medium-low-dose group and the aspirin group of reticulata extract can significantly inhibit the swelling of mice feet caused by carrageenan.Through the experiments on the writhing response of mice induced by acetic acid and the swelling of mice feet caused by carrageenan,the analgesic inhibitory rates of zonarol low,middle and high groups were 27.63%,39.62% and 66.34% respectively The analgesic inhibitory rate of zonarol extract from Dictyopteris undulata was concentration-dependent.The pharmacokinetics of zonarol,a reticulata extract,was studied in rats.In this experiment,the effect of zonarol undulatus zonarol on the pharmacokinetics of rats was studied.From the pharmacokinetic parameters,it can be seen that after injecting zonarol undulatus extract,the values of Cmax,Tmax,t1 / 2,V and CL of zonarol were obtained,and the metabolism of zonarol in rats was described.It may affect the absorption,metabolism and excretion of water,and its mechanism needs to be further studied.
