Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Nazi method combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of uninhibited neurogenic bladder after apoplexy, and to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of the treatment compared with the conventional acupuncture methodMethods:In this study,60 patients with uninhibited neurogenic bladder due to cerebrovascular diseases were collected, and the patients meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The two groups of patients selected the same acupoints(Baihui,Sishencong, and bilateral Shenshu,Huiyang,Shugu,Fuluo),of which the bilateral Shenshu and Huiyang were connected to the electric anesthesia instrument, and the positive end of a wire was connected to the waist Shenshu, the negative end is connected to the Huiyang on the same side of the sacrum, and the waves are cleared by 2HZ.The treatment group followed the Nazi method to open acupoints at the time, while the control group was treated at any time outside the acupoint opening period. After all four courses of treatment were completed,by comparing the standard index of daily urination frequency test and the change of bladder function detection indexes before and after treatment, the improvement of the urination function of the patient by Nazi method was investigated and the therapeutic effect was evaluatedResults:1.There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease and type of stroke between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)2.Intra-group comparison of the two groups of patients, the daily urination frequency index and the bladder function detection indexes(the maximum bladder volume, the initial bladder filling volume and the maximum bladder systolic pressure)were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05)3.After treatment, there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the daily urination frequency index, the maximum bladder volume and the maximum bladder systolic pressure(P<0.05),and no statistically significant differences in the initial bladder filling volume(P>0.05)4.According to the efficacy criteria of daily urination frequency, there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were respectively 86.67%and 96.67%versus 66.67%and 90.00%in the control group.Conclusion:1.Conventional acupuncture and Nazi method are effective in treating neurogenic urinary incontinence after stroke2.The clinical efficacy, daily urination frequency, maximum bladder capacity and maximum systolic blood pressure improvement of the Nazi method are better than those of the control group3.It is clinically feasible to treat this disease with Nazi method under the guidance of timing and treatment theory.
