Clinical Observation Of Qianlie No.1 Combined With Ultrasonic Conductivity Prostate Therapy Instrument In Treating Type ? Prostatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie No.1 combined with ultrasonic conductance prostate therapeutic instrument in the treatment of type ? prostatitis.Methods:In this study,patients with type III prostatitis who met the inclusion criteria from February 2019 to December 2019 in the urology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given rectal administration of Qianlie No.1 combined with ultrasonic conductivity prostate therapeutic apparatus,while the control group was treated with Qianlie Anshuan combined with ultrasonic conductance prostate therapeutic instrument.The two groups were treated for 30 days.The clinical symptoms,NIH-CPSI score,TCM symptom score,and EPS related indexes before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:After 30 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.The TCM symptom score was significantly lower than that before treatment.The number of lecithin corpuscles in prostatic fluid(EPS)increased significantly and the number of white blood cells decreased significantly.The NIH-CPSI score,TCM symptom score and EPS related indexes between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Qianlie No.1 combined with ultrasonic conductance prostate therapeutic instrument can effectively treat type III prostatitis,rimprove patients' quality of life,and have no symptoms.
