Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shengxian decoction in treating stable angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to evaluate the curative effect,so as to provide a new idea and method for treating stable angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis in clinical with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Choose from January 2018 to December in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital heart disease diagnosis of coronary heart disease stable angina,Chinese medicine dialectical to qi deficiency blood stasis of 72 cases of patients, the 72 patients as the research object, according to the method of random parallel control was divided into two groups, control group into the group of 36 cases of patients with given western medicine standardized treatment: specific medicine for,100 milligrams of aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride, shu cut statin calcium tablet of 10 mg,without perindopril split 4 mg,more than 1 oral drugs all day.Thirty-six patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine shengxian decoction and western medicine, and the western medicine treatment was the same as the control group. The course of treatment is 4 weeks.By observing the Seattle angina pectoris scale score,TCM symptom score and curative effect,sf-36 scale score,Duke exercise tablet score and ecg effect of the two groups before and after treatment, and using X2 test and t test for statistical analysis, the treatment effect of each group was compared.Results:1.Before treatment, the distribution of patients in the two groups was compared from five aspects including gender, age, risk factors, cardiac function classification, and TCM symptom score. The chi-square test analysis showed that P>0.05 was satisfied, but no statistical significance was found, indicating that the random grouping had a good effect and was comparable and could be used as the enrolled patients for this clinical observation.2.Seattle angina scale score results: after the t-test analysis, the comparison betweenthe two groups after treatment,P<0.05,there is a significant difference, indicating that the improvement of angina symptoms in the experimental group is better than the control group.3.TCM symptoms: after t-test analysis, the comparison between the two groups after treatment showed a P<0.05,indicating a statistical difference between the two groups, indicating that the improvement of TCM symptoms in the experimental group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group after treatment4.According to the chi-square test and analysis,P=0.000<0.05,with statistical difference, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.22%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment.5.Comparison of sf-36 scale score: after t-test analysis, the comparison between the two groups after treatment showed a significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.6.Exercise plate observation: Duke score,t-test analysis, comparison between the two groups after treatment P<0.05;The risk stratification of Duke score was analyzed by X2 test, and P=0.022<0.05 was compared between the two groups after treatment, showing a statistical difference, indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.7.Evaluation of ecg efficacy: after X2 test and analysis,P=0.044<0.05 was obtained, which was statistically significant. The total effective rate of the experimental group(75.0%)was greater than that of the control group(47.2%),suggesting that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Patients with stable angina pectoris caused by qi-deficiency and blood-stasis coronary heart disease showed significant improvement in symptoms and quality of life after treatment with shengxian decoction, which provided a new idea for the treatment of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
