Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of sublingual collaterals in the diagnosis and treatment of blood stasis in children with lobular pneumonia by observing the changes of sublingual collaterals in children with lobular pneumonia and their correlation with tongue texture, tongue coating, lung auscultation and coagulation function. Methods: From March 2019 to December,200 children with lobar pneumonia and 100 children with bronchial pneumonia were treated in the department of pediatrics, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who were included in the study as lobar pneumonia group and bronchial pneumonia group.A total of 100 health children were chose as the normal control group. On the first day of treatment, the data of sublingual collaterals of the three groups of children and the data of tongue texture, tongue coating, lung auscultation and coagulation function of the children with lobular pneumonia were collected. The abnormal distribution of sublingual collaterals were compared and analyzed among the three groups.Meanwhile, the correlation between the sublingual collaterals and its tongue texture, tongue coating, lung auscultation and blood coagulation functioin of children with lobular pneumonia was analyzed.Results:1.The abnormal rate of sublingual collaterals in the lobular pneumonia group(64%)was significantly higher than that in the bronchial pneumonia group(24%)and the healthy group(7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.The abnormal rate of sublingual collaterals in children with lobular pneumonia in the red and purple tongue texture groups(62% ? 87%)was significantly higher than that in the light red group(22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The abnormal rate in the purple tongue texture group(87%)was higher than that in the red tongue group(62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The abnormal rate and degree of sublingual collaterals in children with lobular pneumonia in the tongue coating group(82%)were significantly higher than those in the thin coating group(32%),and those in the yellow coating group(82%)were significantly higher than those in the white coating group(55%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of sublingual collaterals abnormalities between the two lung auscultation groups(P > 0.05).5.The abnormal rate of sublingual collaterals in the abnormal group of APTT,FIB and D-D(70%?74%?71%)was significantly higher than that in the normal group(51%? 41%? 44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with children with bronchial pneumonia and healthy children, children with lobar pneumonia have a higher rate of abnormal sublingual collaterals.2.Abnormal changes of sublingual collaterals in children with lobar pneumonia were correlated with abnormal indicators of red and purple tongue, yellow thick tongue coating and blood coagulation indexes.3.The sublingual collaterals in children with lobular pneumonia is a necessary supplement to the tongue and coating, which has certain diagnostic significance for the signs of blood stasis in the course of the disease.
