Ciinical Observation On Hyperthyoidism Treated With Modified Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan Decoction And Yiguan Jian Decoction

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianwang Buxin Dan combined with Yiguan Jian in the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism of heart-liver-yin deficiency typeMethods:A total of 60 hyperthyroidism patients in the Department of Endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from 2019 to November,-2019,were selected.The patients in the control group and the treatment group were 30 cases.Two groups of patients were given low iodine and high protein diet,while the control group was given oral administration.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given the Tianwang Buxin Dan combined with Yiguan Jian.The daily 1 doses were taken in the morning and evening.The observation course was 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,TCM symptoms and signs,thyroid function and other related indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observedResult:1.Clinical total effective rate:after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)2.TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the two groups of TCM syndrome scores were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)3.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was:after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,while that of the control group was 76.7%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)4.Thyroid function:after treatment,the two groups of thyroid hormone levels compared with before treatment,the two groups of FT3 and FT4 levels decreased,two groups of TSH levels were increased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);after treatment,the treatment group of FT3,FT4,TSH improvement was better than the group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)Conclusion:The combination of Tian Wang Bu Xin Dan and Jian Jian decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism of heart Yin deficiency type has significant clinical effect,can improve the thyroid function of patients,reduce the score of TCM syndrome,improve the symptoms and signs of patients,and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine alone.
