Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Low-risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome With Yisuishengxue Decoction

Objective: Based on the observation and analysis of the clinical effect of Yisuisheng xue decoction in the treatment of low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome,this paper discusses the advantages of Yisuishengxue decoction in the treatment of low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome,and provides theoretical basis for the treatment MDS of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: For 62 patients with low-risk myelodysplastic syndrome who met the MDS diagnostic criteria,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by simple randomization grouping method,31 patients in treatment group were treated with Yisuishengxue decoction combined with cyclosporine A,and 31 patients in control group were treated with cyclosporine A alone.After 6 months,we analyzed and compared the changes of leukocytes,neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelet counts,TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,anemia,bleeding and infection.Results: 1.After treatment,the leucocyte,neutrophils,hemoglobin and platelets of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of leucocyte neutrophil and hemoglobin in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,and the decrease of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment,the PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE and MH all improved,among which the improvement of BP,GH,VT,SF,MH in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the anemia,bleeding and infection of the two groups were improved,the number of infection and bleeding was reduced,the amount of red blood cells infused was reduced,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yisuishengxue decoction has s therapeutic effect on low-riskmyelodysplastic syndrome.And it can improve the peripheral blood of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the score of TCM syndromes,improve the anemia,bleeding,and infection,improve the quality of life score,improve the quality of life.
