Research On The Optimization Of Basic Endowment And Medical Insurance Supply In Liangshan Prefecture

The report of the 19 th National Congress has opened a new chapter in the development of the country,and the social security system is about to move towards a mature and stereotyped stage of development.As an important part of China’s social security system,basic endowment insurance and medical insurance need to optimize the supply of basic endowment insurance and basic medical insurance in order to meet people’s multi-level needs for a better life in the new era,so as to give full play to the important role of ensuring people’s life.Liangshan Prefecture is the largest Yi inhabited area in China,and it is also located in Wumeng Mountain area,one of the poverty-stricken areas in China.With the development of poverty alleviation and the change of economy and society in Liangshan Prefecture,people’s demand for life in Liangshan Prefecture is constantly changing.It is of great significance to optimize the basic endowment insurance and medical insurance,which are important components of social security,to meet the changing needs of people’s life in Liangshan Prefecture and to protect people’s life.From the perspective of supply optimization,this paper studies the basic pension and medical insurance in Liangshan Prefecture by using the new public service theory and the expected value theory.First of all,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the optimization of basic endowment insurance and medical insurance supply,and explores the direction,method and content of optimization.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the system supply and service supply of basic endowment insurance and medical insurance in Liangshan Prefecture,and uses questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to conduct on-the-spot investigation,and analyzes the current problems in the aspect of supply optimization,such as the poor publicity effect of endowment insurance system,the imbalance of medical resources allocation,and the insufficient strength of the handling staff.Finally,the paper puts forward the idea of optimizing the supply of basic endowment insurance and medical insurance in Liangshan Prefecture,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the publicity of basic endowment insurance policy,improving the service quality of basic medical institutions,and strengthening the construction of the talent team of handling services.
