A Study Of Budget Management Optimization Of A Hospital

Budget management is an advanced tool for hospital internal management.The prison system in our province has a high number of prisoners for a long time,the incidence of AIDS and infectious diseases,the increasing number of complicated and severe diseases,and the increasing demand for medical security for prisoners.Under the increasingly severe regulatory medical environment,the problems existing in the current budget management mode of hospital A are gradually prominent,which has become one of the important factors restricting the benign development and improvement of hospital A.In order to adapt to the new social situation,improve service capacity,ensure supervision and security,and enhance law enforcement capacity,it is necessary for hospital A to explore its own budget management methods to improve management level,so as to meet the current law enforcement needs and ensure supervision and medical safety.Based on both the administrative judicial function of A hospital as A case,combining the theory of public hospital budget management analysis,by discussing problems existing in the budget management status of A hospital,in view of the problem to find the reason,and to provide A hospital budget management optimization solution,at the same time it also enriched the public hospital budget management research.A hospital as an administrative judicial function of public prison hospital,its budgeting only assembly funding balance of payments,ignore the medical income and expenditure,budget management has many problems: the overall budget management and hospital strategic disjointed,preliminary budgeting content one-sided,medium-term budget execution monitoring vacancy late and lack of assessment of budget analysis,the causes of these problems with management lack of emphasis on budget management strategic planning,staff lack of participation in budget management layer of initiative,lack of financial layer implement budget management of professional and technical level lack the support of budget management information tools.In order to optimize the budget management system of hospital A,this paper provides corresponding improvement plans from the aspects of budget management system,preparation,implementation and evaluation.
