Construction Of Standardized Depression Management Process For Hospitalized Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

ObjectiveTo construct a standardized process of depression management for inpatients with type 2 diabetes,and provide scientific,systematic and standardized theoretical guidance for the health management of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with depression.MethodsIn this study,literature research,theoretical analysis,brainstorming and semi-structured interview were used to establish a standardized depression management process for inpatients with type 2 diabetes.Delphi method was used for expert consultation to evaluate the importance and operability of each item,and the authority and reliability of the research were determined by calculating the statistical indicators such as expert positive coefficient,expert authority coefficient,variation coefficient and coordination coefficient of expert opinions.ResultsA total of 24 experts completed two rounds of correspondence for the study.The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,The expert authority coefficients were 0.835 and 0.844,respectively.In this study,the coefficients of variation of expert opinions in the first round of consultation were 0.07~0.3 and 0.09~0.28 respectively,and the coefficients of variation in the second round of consultation were0.06~0.23 and 0.10~0.25 respectively.The coordination coefficient of expert opinions in the first round of consultation was 0.333 and 0.379,and that in the second round was 0.416 and 0.388,P <0.05.After two rounds of enquiry,identified by the three level entry(depression assessment,intervention,outcome assessment),10 secondary entry(assessment object,assessment,assessment content,etc.)and 20 level 3 items(diabetes health education and lifestyle intervention,psychological treatment,etc.)of depression in hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes management standardization process.ConclusionIn this study,a standardized process for depression management in inpatients with type 2 diabetes was established,consisting of 3 level 1items,10 level 2 items,and 20 level 3 items.The results are reliable and scientific,which can provide reference value for depression management of inpatients with type 2 diabetes.
