Objective:invasion and metastasis is one of the most significant biological characteristics of lung cancer, and it is also the main reason that affects the prognosis and leads to death. Therefore,it plays an important role in improving the immunity of lung cancer patients and inhibiting the invasion and migration of lung cancer, improving the survival rate and prognosis of lung cancer patients. Methods:in vivo experiment: SCID mice were randomly divided into two groups, each group was inoculated with LLC lung cancer cells to construct subcutaneous transplanted tumor, theanine treatment group was injected with theanine intraperitoneally(80mg / kg / D),the control group was injected intraperitoneally with the same amount of normal saline, the weight of mice was weighed 30 days later, the tumor size and volume of mice were measured, and T cells were extracted from the blood of mice.In vitro experiment: MTT method was used to observe the proliferation of T cells in the two groups.T cells and LLC cells were co cultured, and the invasion and migration ability of lung cancer cells were detected by Transwell invasion and migration experiment.Results:1.Compared with the control group, tumor volume and tumor weight of theanine treated mice were significantly smaller than those of the control group, and there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups.2.MTT results suggested that theanine could significantly improve the proliferation ability of T cells, and with the increasing concentration of theanine, the proliferation rate(SI)of T cells increased gradually.3.The results of Transwell invasion and migration showed that the number of transmembrane cells in theanine treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the blank group.Conclusion:1.Theanine can inhibit the growth of subcutaneous transplanted tumor of lung cancer in SCID mice.2.Theanine can improve the proliferation of T cells and inhibit the invasion and migration of lung cancer cells by activating the activity of T cells.
