Objective: To study the level and clinical significance of retinol binding protein 4 in serum of type 2 diabetes patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Selected from The 921 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Service Support Force neural endocrinology on July 1,2019 to January 5,2020 were included in the standard of 30 cases of simple type 2diabetes for T2 DM group,30 cases of simple for ACI patients with acute cerebral infarction group,30 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with acute cerebral infarction for Combined group and 30 cases of the healthy check-up of for the same period as the blank control group,General information of each group was recorded: ID number, age, sex, past history, height, weight, calculated body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP).All subjects in the morning on an empty stomach condition was collected venous blood, need to test indicators include: total cholesterol(TC),cholesterol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),C-reactive protein(CRP),retinol binding protein 4(RBP4).All data is processed by the software package SPSS22.0.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation factors of RBP4.Logistic dichotomous regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of ACI in T2 DM.The test level was set as ?=0.05.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant, and P<0.01 was considered statistically significant. Results : 1.There were statistically significant differences among age,BMI,SBP,RBP4,HbA1 c,CRP and LDL-C levels of subjects in the four groups. The RBP4 level of Combined group was higher than that of other three groups.2.Spearman correlation analysis found that HbA1 c,CRP,SBP and Cys-c were positively correlated with RBP4(r = 0.618,r = 0.649,r = 0.439,r=0.551).3.Logistic dichotomy regression analysis found that RBP4(OR=0.541),SBP(OR=1.128),age(OR=1.169)and Cys-c(OR=8.940)were maybe independent risk factors for T2 DM with ACI.Conclusion: 1.The incidence of acute cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes was positively correlated with RBP4 level.2.RBP4,age,systolic blood pressure,Cys-C and LDL-C may be risk factors for T2 DM with ACI.
