Objective(1)To analyze and compare the effects of abdominal massage combined with Zusanli modulated intermediate frequency electrical stimulation and conventional nursing on postoperative constipation symptoms, constipation and quality of life in patients with degenerative lumbar spine;(2)To prevent and improve postoperative constipation symptoms through abdominal massage combined with Zusanli point modulated intermediate frequency electrical stimulation, improving patient comfort and quality of life, and promoting patient recovery.Methods(1)Selected 94 inpatients with lumbar degenerative change in the orthopaedic area of a top three hospital in Changsha City,Hunan Province from February to November 2019.Using the method of historical control design,47 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of lumbar surgery from February 2019 to June 2019 were included in the control group, and 47 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of lumbar surgery from July 2019 to November 2019 were included in the observation group. The control group was given peri operative constipation prevention nursing, and the observation group was given abdominal massage combined with modulated medium-frequency electrical stimulation at Zusanli based on the nursing measures of the control group.Comparing the postoperative constipation symptoms, the number of constipation cases, the number of constipation medications, and the quality of life of constipation between the two groups,to evaluate the effect of abdominal massage combined with Zusanli acupoint modulation on medium frequency electrical stimulation.(2)SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for data processing, frequency was used for statistical description of counting data,sx ± was used for statistical description of data subject to normal distribution in measurement data, median and interquartile spacing were used for statistical description of the data of disobedience to normal distribution;the data with normal distribution in the measurement data were compared using the t test, the data with no normal distribution were compared with the Wilcoxon rank sum test of two independent samples, and the count data were compared with the ?~2 test,P<0.05 means the difference is statistically significant;Results(1)Before the intervention, the general data of the observation group and the control group's gender, age, marital status, education level, occupational status, type of medical insurance, main caregiver,surgery-related diseases, surgical segment, and duration of surgery were not different.Statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.(2)After intervention:(1)There was a statistically significant difference in the PAC-SYM scores in the observation group before the operation, the third day after the operation, and the seventh day after the operation(F=56.946,P<0.001);the control group patients before the operation There was a statistically significant difference in PAC-SYM scores on one day,3rd postoperative day,and 7th postoperative day(F=61.978,P<0.001);PAC-SYM scores on the 3rd postoperative day of the observation group compared with the control group There was no statistical significance(Z=-0.353,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the PAC-SYM score of the observation group and the control group on the 7th postoperative day(Z=-0.915,P>0.05).(2)The difference between the first defecation interval and the average one-week defecation interval in the observation group was statistically significant(Z=-8.359,P<0.001).There was a statistically significant difference between the first defecation interval and the average defecation interval of one week after operation in the control group(Z=-8.355,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group after the first defecation interval(Z=-0.079,P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group after one week of postoperative defecation(Z=-2.028,P<0.05).(3)There was a statistically significant difference in the number of cases of constipation in the observation group at 3 days and 7 days after operation(?~2=4.502,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of constipation cases between the control group 3 days and 7 days after operation(?~2=0.177,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of constipation cases between the observation group and the control group after 3 days(?~2=2.146,P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group after 7 days of constipation(?~2=8.530,P<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in the number of laxative drug use cases in the observation group at 3 days and 7days after operation(?~2=0.237,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of laxative drug use cases between the control group 3 days and 7 days after operation(?~2=1.081,P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of laxative drug use cases between the observation group and the control group 3 days after surgery(?~2=1.763,P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group after 7 days of laxative drug use(?~2=7.892,P<0.05).(3)After intervention, the total PAC-QOL scores of patients in the observation group and the control group were45.09±6.97 and 53.19±11.26 one week after operation, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients after one week of operation(t=-4.199,P<0.05);the three dimensions of physiological, worry, and satisfaction scores in the PAC-QOL scores of the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(t=-2.841,-2.246,-5.290,P<0.05)),there is no statistically significant difference in the scores of social psychological dimensions(Z=-0.865,P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Abdominal massage combined with modulated medium-frequency electrical stimulation at Zusanli can improve constipation symptoms and reduce the use of laxative drugs;(2)Abdominal massage combined with modulated medium-frequency electrical stimulation at Zusanli can effectively improve constipation after lumbar degeneration The patient's quality of life, relieved patients 'worries about constipation symptoms after lumbar degenerative changes, and improved patients' satisfaction with postoperative defecation and constipation-related treatment.
