Objective:To explore the correlation between preoperative inflammation related indexes(NLR,PLR,CRP)and the clinical characteristics of patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma and its predictive value for postoperative efficacy. Methods:Collected the case data of 200 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011.All cases were screened by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.According to the values of NLR,PLR and CRP in patients'peripheral venous blood before operation and ROC curve, the case data were divided into low NLR group(NLR?3.1)and high NLR group(NLR>3.1),low PLR group(PLR?135)and high PLR group(PLR>135),low CRP group(?23)and high CRP group(>23).To compare the preoperative NLR,PLR,CRP values and the relationship between the high group and the low group and the clinical characteristics of the patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma;to compare the high group and the low group of preoperative NLR,PLR,CRP values with the patients'postoperative relapse free survival,to draw the survival curve, and to explore whether preoperative NLR,PLR,CRP are the independent risk factors for the postoperative relapse free survival of the patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma, and whether they can be predicted Postoperative effect.Results:1. Among patients with tumors>1 cm,patients with age?45 years old,and metastatic thyroid papillary carcinoma, they have higher levels of NLR,PLR,and CRP before surgery;and have higher levels of NLR,PLR,and CRP before surgery Among patients with high values, the proportion of TNM stage III-IV is higher.2. The recurrence-free survival rate of patients with low NLR is 78. 1%,while the recurrence-free survival rate of patients with high NLR is 56.8%.The recurrence-free survival rate in the low-NLR group is significantly higher than that in the high-NLR recurrence-free survival rate.Log-rank test found statistically different(X~2=8.65,P=0.004).3. The recurrence-free survival rate of patients in the low PLR group was 79.8%,while the recurrence-free survival rate of the patients with high PLR was 51%.The recurrence-free survival rate in the low-PLR group was significantly higher than that in the high-PLR group.Log-rank test found statistically different(X2=6.89,P=0.001).4. The recurrence-free survival rate of patients in the low CRP group was 78.5%,while the recurrence-free survival rate of the patients with high CRP was 50.2%.The recurrence-free survival rate in the low CRP group was significantly higher than that in the high CRP group.Log-rank test found statistically different(X2=9.12,P=0.005).Conclutions:The preoperative NLR,PLR,and CRP values were associated with clinical features such as tumor size, age, and tumor metastasis in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma, and were all related to the TNM stage of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma,And the three values are positively correlated with the above clinical features.Preoperative NLR,PLR,and CRP have predictive value for postoperative recurrence-free survival of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma, and can predict the postoperative efficacy;low NLR,low PLR,and low CRP values before surgery indicate a good prognosis for patients, and postoperative efficacy good.
