The Expression And Significance Of ITGA7 In Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

Purpose:To detect the expression of ITGA7 in different thyroid tissues,explore the relationship between ITGA7 and the clinicopathological characteristics of papillary thyroid carcinoma,meanwhile,explore the ability of ITGA7 to metastasize and invade cells,and clarify the role of ITGA7 in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Method:Tissue specimens of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma diagnosed pathologically during January-December 2018 were collected from the First Hospital of Lanzhou University.Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ITGA7 in different thyroid tissues and to study its expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma.The relationship between the expression level and clinicopathological characteristics was explored by ITGA7 on cell metastasis and invasion through cell transfection,western blotting,and cell scratch experiments.After statistical analysis,the significance level was P <0.05.Results:1.The positive rate of ITGA7 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than nodular goiter,and there was a significant difference by statistical analysis(P <0.05).2.The expression of ITGA7 was not significantly related to the gender,age of the PTC patients,and the presence or absence of capsules in the tumor tissues(P> 0.05);the positive rate was significantly higher in tumors ?1 cm than in tumors <1 cm,with significant differences(P < 0.05);the positive rate in multifocal tumors is significantly higher than that in single tumors,with a significant difference(P <0.05);the positive rate in patients with lymph node metastasis is significantly higher than that in no lymph node metastases,and there is a significant difference by statistical analysis(P <0.05).3.The migration ability of TPC-1 cells was significantly reduced after silencing ITGA7.Conclusion:1.The expression of ITGA7 in PTC is higher than nodular goiter.2.The expression of ITGA7 is not related to the age,gender,and the presence or absence of capsules in patients with PTC;while it is related to the size of the tumor,the larger the largest tumor diameter,the higher the expression level of ITGA7;In multifocal tumor tissues,the higher the expression level of ITGA7;it is related to lymph node metastasis,and there is lymph node metastasis,the higher the expression level of ITGA7.3.ITGA7 has the ability to promote cell invasion and metastasis.4.ITGA7 can be used as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma,assessing tumor metastasis,invasion ability and judging prognosis,and has important reference value.
