Objective:The retrospective collection of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)after transplantation of fresh embryos and frozen embryos was compared to analyze the perinatal maternal and neonatus complications. To investigate whether there are differences in perinatal maternal and neonatus complications in the transfer of these two types of embryos. It is hoped that the reproductive center will choose a more suitable embryo type for the transplanter and provide a theoretical basis for obstetric medical workers during health care and birth inspection during pregnancy. Methods: Through the medical records browser, the author retrospectively collected single and twin puerpera after IVF-ET who were hospitalized our hospital and Yan'an People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2019.The patient's infertility causes and the type of transferred embryos were returned to the patient through the medical record or the telephone call during hospitalization.Inclusion criteria:(1)28?delivery gestational age<42;(2)age between 20-40 years old;(3)infertility factor is tubal infertility;(4)singleton and twin pregnancy.Exclusion criteria:(1)uterine lesions(endometriosis, uterine fibroids, uterine polyps or intrauterine adhesions, etc.),genital tumors;(2)those with abnormal genital development(mediastinal uterus, bicorne uterus etc.);(3)those with medical and surgical diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,thyroid,etc;(4)lost interviews and incomplete information.558 subjects were divided into 2 groups according to the type of transferred embryos, namely the fresh embryo group and the frozen embryo group.Detailed maternal general information was recorded through the browser on age and body mass index(BMI),and neonatal general information:sex, weight and gestational age;perinatal complications:hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(including gestationhypertension, preeclampsia, eclampsia),gestational diabetes mellitus(gestational diabetes mellitus GDM),premature delivery, abnormalities of fetal appendages etc;neonatal-related complications. The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 statistical software.result:1.Comparison of the number of puerpera in two types of embryos: 558 puerpera with complete medical records were finally included in this study. In the singleton pregnancy group, fresh embryos was 195,accounting for 54.78%;frozen embryos was 161,accounting for 45.22%.In the twin pregnancy group, fresh embryos was102,accounting for 50.50%;frozen embryos group was 100,accounting for 49.50%.2.Comparison of maternal and neonatus general information in two types of embryos after: There was no statistical difference in maternal age, body mass index and gestational age in both groups. The neonatal weight of the frozen embryo group of singleton pregnancy was higher than that of the frozen embryo group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).There was no significant difference between the two groups of the twin pregnancy. The sex ratio in the fresh embryo group of singleton pregnancy was 107:100,and the frozen embryos group was 106:100,the difference was not statistically significant. The sex ratio in the fresh embryo group of the twin pregnancy was 106:100,and the frozen embryo group was 104:100,The difference was not statistically significant.3.Comparison of commom perinatal maternal and neonatus complications in two types of embryos: There were 18 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in the fresh embryo group of singleton pregnancy and the incidence rate was 9.23%,the frozen embryo group is 9.32%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups. There were 12 cases of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy in-the fresh group of the twin pregnancy and the incidence rate of 11.76%,There were 11 cases in the frozen embryo group and the incidence rate of 11.00%,there was no significant difference between the two groups. There were 18 cases of in low birth weight infants in the fresh embryo group of the twin pregnancy and the incidence rate of 8.82%,there were 8 cases in the frozen embryo group and the incidence rate of 4.00%,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P=0.048).There was no significant difference between the two groups of the singleton pregnancy. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gestational diabetes mellitus, premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, hypothyroidism in pregnancy, macrosomia, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and birth defects, oligohydramnios, premature rupture of membranes.conclusion:1.Transplantation of frozen embryos in patients with fallopian tube infertility will bring about a higher birth weight of newborns than fresh embryos transfer.2.There were no significant differences in common perinatal maternal complications between fresh embryos and frozen embryos transferred in patients with fallopian tube infertility.
