Objective:The aim is to use a non-contact remote artificial intelligence auscultation system to detect postoperative bowel sound changes in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery and open gastrointestinal tumor surgery,analyze the nature and influencing factors of bowel sound changes,and explore the two groups of patients The difference between the recovery time of bowel sounds,the length of operation,the time of first postoperative exhaustion,the length of hospitalization,and postoperative complications provides an objective theoretical basis for the recovery of gastrointestinal motility after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods:Using a contactless remote artificial intelligence auscultation system,139patients who underwent gastrointestinal cancer surgery in the Second Department of General Surgery of the People’s Hospital of Shaanxi Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were used as the research object.auscultation.Collect the clinical data of the research subjects,including basic information such as name,gender,age,height,weight,operation method,operation time,first postoperative exhaust time,postoperative food intake time,and hospitalization days,etc.Correlation between bowel sound parameters.SAS 9.4(SAS Institute Inc.,Cary,NC,USA)software was used to analyze each clinical data and bowel sound characteristic data.The count data was expressed by frequency and percentage.The measurement data that conformed to the normal distribution were used as the mean and standard deviation Describe it.Use t test orχ~2 test for statistical test,stipulate that P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Statistical charts are made by GraphPad Prism 7.0 software.Results:Analysis of postoperative bowel sound data of 139 patients with gastrointestinal tumors showed that the frequency of bowel sounds in patients after laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery and open gastrointestinal tumor surgery showed an overall upward trend,suggesting that the bowel The function is gradually restored.The difference between the recovery time of bowel sounds in patients with laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery(24.21±6.39)h and patients with open gastrointestinal tumor surgery(39.13±6.91)h(t=2.26,P=0.009).It cannot be considered that the difference between the operation time of patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery(230.64±45.44)min and the operation time of patients undergoing open gastrointestinal tumor surgery(251.31±55.86)min(t=0.931,P=0.353).The difference between the first postoperative exhaust time(2.25±0.14)d of patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery and the postoperative first exhaust time(4.58±1.49)d of patients undergoing open gastrointestinal tumor surgery(T=10.364,P=0.005).The difference between the days of hospitalization for patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery(6.16±2.56)d and the days of hospitalization for patients undergoing open gastrointestinal tumor surgery(10.45±2.34)d was statistically significant(t=0.95,P=0.001).The difference between postoperative complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery and postoperative complications in patients undergoing open gastrointestinal tumor surgery cannot be considered statistically significant(χ~2=0.003,P=0.854).Conclusions:1.Compared with open gastrointestinal tumor surgery,laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery has significantly shortened the recovery time of bowel sounds after surgery and the time of first exhaustion after surgery.It is widely promoted in the clinic with objective data support.2.Postoperative bowel sound recovery time and postoperative first exhaust time may be important evaluation indicators for postoperative bowel function recovery,and are important indicators of postoperative hospital stay;3.The non-contact remote artificial intelligence auscultation system has certain guiding significance and application value in guiding fasting and fasting after gastrointestinal tumor surgery and promoting rapid postoperative recovery.
