The sart of 2020 is difficult due to the invasion of the"hovel coronavirus(2019-nCOV)".Only the medical and health personnel can lead us out of this haze.Both the front-line medical staff and the rear R&D personnel cannot leave the medical university Cultivation of medical universities is the cradle of medical talents.The enthusiasm and work attitude of medical university teachers significantly affect the quality of medical talents output and the output of medical scientific research results in universities.Risks exist in all aspects of life.The perception of risk will seriously affect the establishment of trust in the organization,it will also affect their work attitude and work output,and it will also affect the sense of belongina and identification of the teachers of medical universities to the organization,which is not conducive to the enthusiasm of the teachers themselves.And social medical developmentIn order to explore the impact of risk perception on medical university teachers' organization trust,this study attempts to explore the impact of risk perception on the organizational trust of teachers in medical universities based on social exchange theory,social comparison theory,and psychological contract theory.The mediating role of organization-based self-esteem between risk perception and medical university teachers' organization trust,and service leadership in risk perception and medical university teachers' organization trust,perceived insider status,The moderating role of organization-based self-esteem.Through literature research,a model of the mechanism of the influence of risk perception on the oganizational trust of medical university teachers was constructed.In this paper,a total of 269 valid samples from multiple universities were collected through questionnaire surveys,and an empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0 software.The following conclusions were drawn:a significant negative correlation between risk perception and the trust of medical university teachers' organizations;insiders There is a positive correlation between perceived insider status,organization-based self-esteem,and medical university teacher orgaizational trust,and two variables play an intermediary role between risk perception and medical university teacher organizational trust;service leaders play a moderating role in risk perception and organization-based self-esteem.This study further explores the role mechanism of risk perception in the trust of medical university teachers' organizations,hoping to bring some inspiration to the actual work of medical colleges and universities,and puts forward the following suggestions:medical colleges and universities should attach importance to and streagthen the identity of teachers as insiders perceive,strengthen the sense of organizational responsibility and belonging of medical unniversity teachers,strengthen the teacher's sense of identity,integrate personal interests with the interests of the schoo;attach importance to and enhance the organizational self-esteem of medical university teachers,so that the teacher group feels that they are worthy of respect and value in the school,transmitting power for the school,and transmitting talents for the society,attaching importance to the training of service-oriented leaders,release power to subordinates and promote positive behaviors of medical university teachers;colleges and universities should also improve teachers' trust in schools and create a fair and open and humane working atmosphere.
