Atherosclerosis(AS)is the main pathological basis of ischemic vascular diseases such AS coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and peripheral arterial thrombotic disease.Hypertension is the most important risk factor for arteriosclerosis.Long-term hypertension can lead to vascular endothelial damage, resulting in hardening, thickening and stenosis of the tube wall.Somatization symptoms refer to excessive discomfort or dysfunction caused by non-somatic diseases or tissue damage.Symptoms can involve any system or organ of the body in various forms.Hypertensive arteriosclerosis patients complicated with a variety of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, often there are mental problems, such as anxiety, depression, somatoform disorder, these can be manifested as somatization symptoms.Hypertension arteriosclerosis patients often accompanied by somatization symptoms, the existence of somatization symptoms can also promote the development of atherosclerosis. Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to explore the relevant influencing factors of somatization symptoms in patients with hypertensive arteriosclerosis, and to conduct early screening and early intervention for somatization symptoms in patients with hypertensive arteriosclerosis to improve quality of life, reduce target organ damage and improve prognosis. Objective:To investigate the incidence of somatization symptoms in patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis,to study the characteristics of somatization symptoms and related risk factors in patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis, and to provide clinical basis for improving the quality of life and long-term prognosis of patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis.Methods:1.A total of 212 patients with hypertensive arteriosclerosis admitted to the department of geriatrics, affiliated hospital of chengde medical university from January to December 2019 were selected. The diagnosis of hypertension was in line with the revised 2018 guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in China. The inclusion criteria for atherosclerosis were brachial and ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV)and ankle-brachial index(ABI).Ba PWV ?14m/s,ABI?0.9,or ?1.3.2.The above hypertensive arteriosclerosis patients were scored by the somatization self-rating scale, and the score of > was 30,indicating somatization symptoms. The 61 patients with somatization symptoms were taken as the observation group. The control group consisted of 151 patients with no somatization symptom whose score ?29 points.3.General information of patients was recorded, including age, gender, height, weight,BMI,fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein, homocysteine, uric acid,creatinine,etc.4.Statistical methods SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The measurement data were expressed as(??ąs),t test was used for inter-group comparison, and x2 test was used for counting parameters.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen and analyze the risk factors affecting the somatization symptoms of hypertensive arteriosclerosis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.Detection rate of physical symptoms of hypertensive arteriosclerosis a total of 212 patients with hypertensive arteriosclerosis were included in this study, including 104 males(49.06%)and 108 females(50.94%),with ages ranging from 44 to 91 years. There were 61 cases with 30 points of > in the somatization self-rating scale, and the detection rate was 28.77%(61/212).2.Comparison of general data between the two groups.Diastolic blood pressure,high-density lipoprotein, uric acid and creatinine of the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P< 0.05),while age, body mass index, fasting glucose, total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and plasma homocysteine showed no statistically significant differences(P >0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis of influencing factors of hypertension arteriosclerosis somatization symptoms. With somatization symptoms as dependent variable, the diastolic blood pressure,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, creatinine as independent variable for multiple factors unconditioned Logistic regression analysis, the results show that the diastolic blood pressure, uric acid for the influence factors of somatization symptoms in patients with high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, its the OR values were 0.964(95% CI 0.932? 0.997),0.987(95% CI 0.982?0.992).Conclusion:1.Patients with hypertension and arteriosclerosis are often complicated with somatic symptoms;2.Increased diastolic blood pressure and uric acid levels may be important risk factors for somatic symptoms in patients with hypertension atherosclerosis, and the control of diastolic blood pressure and uric acid levels in patients with hypertension atherosclerosis is of great significance for preventing the occurrence of somatic symptoms.
