Objective To study the changes of pulmonary function and serum markers in asthmatic diseases with pulmonary hypertension in children. Methods 90 cases of a sthmatic diseases were selected in respiratory department of department between Se-ptember 2017 and April 2019,excluding Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, for eign body in bronchus, protein energy malnutrition, congenital heart disease and au-toimmune diseases, etc. There were 48 males and 42 females,Their testing age were from 2 months to 4 years, and their average age of(1.35±0.65)years,and their average body mass of(11.6±1.2)kg and average height of(81±5.6)cm.According to the systolic pressure of pulmonary artery was?25mmhg or not,t-he children were divided into 30 cases of PAH group and 60 cases of control gro-up.The lung function was measured by tidal inhalation, and compared minute vol-ume?tidal volume per kilogram?the ratio of inspiratory time to expiration time?the ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory fow to total expiratory time?the ratio of volume to peak expiratory fowto total erpiratory volume between two group.Com-pared Serum CRP?SAA and D-dimer and Brain natriuretic peptide?and Procalcito-nin between the two groups.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to process t-he measurement data.?X±s was used to express the measurement data.T test was used to judge the significance of the difference between the two groups. The coun-t data was used to express the rate(%).X~2test was used.?=0.05 was used as the test level,P<0.05 was used as the difference,P<0.01 was used as the d-ifference.The correlation between PASP and inflammatory factors and biomarkers was analyzed by pearson correlation. Results the levels of MV[(2.12±0.51)L/min],V-T/kg[(7.01±1.50)ml/kg],TI/TE[(0.66±0.07)%],TPEF/TE[(16.72±0.96)%],VPEF/VE[(20.29±2.21)%]of PAH group were lower than those of control group, and the differe-nces were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PCT[(0.57±0.56)ng/ml],BNP(374.77±199.7)pg/ml]and D-D[(1.53±1.38)mg/l]of PAH group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Linear corre-lation analysis,BNP,D-D and PASP were positively correlated. Conclusion there are different degrees of small airway obstruction in asthmatic diseases. The decreas-e of pulmonary function of PAH group was more obvious than that of control gr-oup.We concluded that TPEF/TE and VPEF/VE can be used as reference in dexes to evaluate the degree of respiratory tract injury. At present, pulmonary func-tion e-xamination has been widely used in clinical work because of its safety,no ninvasive, simple and easy operation. The assessment of pulmonary function state can pred-ict the severity of the disease, and screen of suspected PAH early. The le-vels of PCT,BNP and D-D of PAH group were significantly higher than those o-f control group. There was a positive correlation between BNP,D-D and PASP.Measured serum markers to evaluate the severity of the disease in order to identif-y childre-n with PAH.PAH is lack of clinical specificity in the early stage.Gene-ral clinicia-ns have insufficient understanding of this kind of disease and it is diff-icult to dia-gnose it in the early stage. We can screen children with suspected PA-H by measuring serum biomarkers and pulmonary function status, and make clea-r diagnosis as early as possible to guide the treatment of pulmonary hypertension.
