| Objective:To explore the application value of Mimics simulation software in preoperative guidance and clinical treatment of Pilon fracture.Method:According to the order of hospitalization, during the implementation of the project(July 2018-July 2019),Shengjing Hospital received 42 patients who were diagnosed as closed Pilon fracture at the time of hospitalization, which were divided into A and B groups.Patients in group A were treated with routine surgical treatment, while patients in group B were treated with Mimics simulation software technology on the basis of routine surgical treatment. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing time and postoperative incision infection were compared between the two groups. At the same time,Burwell-Chamley radiological evaluation criteria were used to evaluate fracture reduction and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was used to evaluate ankle function after follow-up for an average of 28 weeks(24 Mel for 30 weeks). Results:The time of operation, the amount of blood loss during operation, the anatomic reduction rate of ankle evaluated by Burwell-Chamley radiology, and the excellent and good rate of AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score after the last follow-up were statistically significant between group A and group B,while the incidence of postoperative ankle incision infection and fracture healing time were not statistically significant between group A and group B.The above results show that the preoperative use of Mimics simulation software for Pilon fracture can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of ankle joint.conclusion: Mimics simulation software was used to assist the treatment of Pilon fracture, and the operation was simulated and designed repeatedly,so as to improve the accuracy of surgical intervention for complex Pilon fracture, reduce the trauma of operation, significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and doctor’s radiation exposure during fluoroscopy, improve the success rate of operation, and make the ankle function of patients with Pilon fracture better after operation. |
