Objective:Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignant tumor, although its incidence and mortality rates have declined in recent years, but still ranks the second female malignant tumor,it is particularly important to effective screening cervical lesion, this research explores the cervical cell DNA quantitative analysis combined liquid based cytology test(TCT)in clinical value in screening of cervical lesions. Methods:In this study, patients who received cervical lesion detection in heping district of the general hospital of the northern theater command from October 2018 to June 2019were selected as subjects. The clinical data of liquid based cytology(TCT),DNA quantitative analysis and cervical biopsy under colposcopy were retrospectively analyzed.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to process the data and conduct statistical analysis. The test level of this study was set as<0.05,and P<0.05 indicates statistical difference.Results:1.There were 2,706 cases of quantitative analysis of cell DNA combined with TCT,and the positive rates of quantitative analysis of cell DNA were 11,.5%(311/2706)and 9.31%(252/2706).The sensitivity and specificity of TCT were 70.00%(168/240)and72.67%(133/183).The sensitivity and specificity of cell DNA quantitative analysis were80.21%(150/187)and 64.48%(118/183),respectively.The combined results showed that the sensitivity and specificity were 90.91%(170/187)and 57.92%(106/183).The combined detection sensitivity of the two methods was superior to that of TCT and cell DNA quantitative analysis alone, respectively, and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Compared with TCT and DNA alone,P<0.05 was statistically significant.2.TCT=ASCUS109 cases, cell DNA quantitative analysis of three different times or somatic 47 cases,21 cases(44.68%),cervical biopsy for CIN acuity?and above lesions;Somatic cell DNA quantitative analysis<3 different times in 62 cases,7 cases(11.29%),cervical biopsy for CIN acuity?and above lesions. In high grade lesions, the detection rate of the positive group was significantly higher than that of the negative group. The difference was statistically significant(?~2=15.614,P=<0.001).Conclusion:1.quantitative analysis of cell DNA can effectively shunt patients.2.The quantitative sensitivity of cell DNA is higher than that of TCT,and the combination of TCT and TCT can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and improve the screening effect.
