Objective: To explore the related risk factors affecting the onset of infantile bronchiolitis, and to provide reference for clinical prevention so as to reduce its prevalence rate. Methods: A retrospective study method was used to select 100 infants with bronchiolitis in our hospital as the observation group and 100 healthy infants of the same age as the control group. The basic information, birth history, feeding methods, obesity, whether to supplement vitamin D on time and whether to supplement supplementary food, eczema or urticaria history, allergy history, living environment and other data of infants in the two groups were collected.Single factor analysis and multifactorial unconditional Logistic regression analysis were used to study the relevant risk factors of the onset. Results: Single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in 11 factors between the two groups, including gender, cesarean birth, feeding method, obesity, food or drug allergy history, eczema or urticaria history, food or drug allergy history of parents, eczema or urticaria or allergic rhinitis history of parents, illness history of mother pregnancy, mold growth in the home and passive smoking(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in 11 factors between the two groups, including age, nationality, gestational age, birth weight, birth season, vitamin D supplementation on time, supplementary food supplement on time,BCG vaccination on time, exposure to plush toys or plastic toys with odor immediately after birth, pet rearing in the home and more air pollution sources near the residence(P > 0.05).The factors with statistically significant differences in single factor analysis were included in the multi-factor analysis. The results showed that birth by cesarean section, obesity, food or drug allergy, eczema or urticaria and passive smoking were independent risk factors for bronchiolitis, and breast feeding was independent protective factor for bronchiolitis. Conclusion: Birth by cesarean section, obesity, history of food or drug allergy, history of eczema or urticaria and passive smoking are independent risk factors for bronchiolitis, and breast feeding is independent protection factor for bronchiolitis.
