| Objective: By studying the clinical observation of the prevention and treatment of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and auricular point pressing bean,the clinical efficacy was evaluated objectively,and a simple and safe method was provided for the prevention and treatment of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods:In this study,60 inpatients who underwent external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to the Anorectal Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to November2019 were selected.Among them,27 were male patients and 34 were female patients.The patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of operation dates,with 20 patients in each group.One group:treatment with traditional Chinese medicine hot bag combined with auricular pressure beans;two groups: treatment with simple traditional Chinese medicine hot bag;three groups: treatment with simple Auricular pressure beans.All three groups underwent mixed external hemorrhoids and internal ligation.The anesthesia methods were local infiltration anesthesia,and antibiotics were used to prevent infection after surgery.Specific operation:One group and three groups of patients were given auricular pressure beans 1hour after surgery.The patients were placed in supine or lateral position.After the ear skin was disinfected,a small square tape containing Wang Buxing seeds was attached to the bilateral bladder and kidneys,Sanjiao,urethra,jiaogan,Shenmen ear points.Instruct the patient to rub the thumb and index finger from light to heavy to make them feel sore,numb,and bloated,and press each point for 5 minutes.One and two groups of patients 1 hour after the operation,the Chinese medicine hot pack(composition: Wuzhuyu100 g,Guizhi 100 g,coarse salt 200g)heated in the microwave oven(50 ~60 ?)under the abdomen Shenque,Qihai,Guan Yuan and Zhongjiacupuncture points,repeated ironing for 30 minutes,until the hot pack is no heat,2 consecutive times.Record the postoperative urination of the three groups of patients,and observe the basic vital signs and skin status of the patients at the same time for safety inspection.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results: The three groups were statistically analyzed in terms of gender distribution comparison,age distribution comparison,and duration comparison.The differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05),and the three groups of patients were comparable.According to the statistical analysis of clinical results,the first time to urinate and the time to urinate for the three groups increased the first urination volume,Smooth urination,relieved abdominal pain,and improved abdominal signs,(all P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Compared between groups,the time spent in the first urination of one group and two groups increased the first urination volume,Smooth urination,relieved abdominal pain,and improved abdominal signs.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);one group and three In the first urination time and the time used for the first urination,the group increased the first urination volume,Smooth urination,relieved abdominal pain,and improved abdominal signs(all P<0.05);the second and third groups urinated for the first time Time,time for first urination,increased first urination volume,Smooth urination,relieve abdominal pain,improve abdominal signs,the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).This indicates that the combination of Chinese herbal medicine hot bag and auricular pressure beans has better preventive effect than traditional Chinese medicine hot bag or simple auricular auricular pressure beans.There is no difference in the preventive and therapeutic effect between Chinese traditional medicine hot bag and auricular pressure beans.Conclusion: Through the study found that Chinese medicine hot I joint ear bean bag for the prevention and treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative urinary retention in the first urination,voiding,abdominalsymptoms,abdominal signs and so on than just use medicine hot I pack,or simply use the curative effect of ear beans is good,so Chinese medicine hot I package joint prevention and treatment of ear beans mixed hemorrhoid postoperative urinary retention of curative effect,simple operation,high safety,can be widely used in clinic. |
