Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Internal Heat Type With Self-designed Nourishing Yin,tonifying Kidney And Tiaogengfang Before And After Treatment

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-designed nourishing Yin nourishing kidney tiaogeng prescription in treating all symptoms of Yin deficiency and internal heat before and after treatment,and mainly observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed nourishing Yin nourishing kidney tiaogeng prescription and kuntai capsule in the treatment of all symptoms before and after treatment,so as to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of self-designed nourishing Yin nourishing kidney tiaogeng prescription.The mechanism of action of self-designed nourishing Yin,nourishing kidney and regulating gengheng prescription in treating the syndrome of Yin deficiency and internal heat was discussed.Methods:This topic choose sep 04,2018 to 2019,heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology subject outpatient clinic of 70 cases of Yin deficiency type internal all CARDS before and after the broken of patients into two groups according to random way,the control group were 2 cases of loss,the treatment group,a total of 1 case fall off,fall off a total of 3 cases,the actual into the group of 67 cases,control group(oral Chinese patent medicine kuntai capsule),the treatment group(oral from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)one more party ziyin kidney),2 months continuous administration,by comparing the improved kupperman rating scale before and after the treatment,Chinese medicine symptom integral and the change of hormone levels,SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis of treatment results.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.18% and 78.79%,respectively.Compared the scores of the modified kupperman scale in the two groups after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group,which was of very significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The improvement of serum E2 level in the treatmentgroup was better than that in the control group,with a very significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The serum levels of FSH and LH were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1)the self-proposed formula of nourishing Yin,tonifying kidney and regulating gengheng has a significant effect on various syndromes before and after the treatment of Yin deficiency and internal heat.The symptoms of Chinese medicine,western medicine and serum sex hormone levels of the patients have been significantly improved.2)self-proposed nourishing Yin,tonifying kidney and tonifying geng prescription were superior to kuntai capsule group in the treatment of Yin deficiency and internal heat before and after treatment.3)no adverse reactions occurred before and after the treatment by self-designed nourishing Yin and tonifying kidney.
