Clinical Observation Of Modified Ditan Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease (Phlegm Turbiditis Internal Obstruction Syndrome)

PURPOSE:To observe the effect of Modified Ditan Decoction combined with western medicine on TCM syndrome score,angina attack frequency,stopping rate of nitroglycerin tablet and blood lipid level in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and turbiditis internal obstruction syndrome),and to evaluate the clinical effect of Modified Ditan Decoction combined with western medicine on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and turbiditis internal obstruction syndrome),to provide a better foundation for further summing up experience.METHODS:70 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and TCM type of phlegm turbiditis syndrome were selected,whose age range was 55-75 years old.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group.65 cases were completed.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Modified Ditan Decoction additionally.After continuous administration for 3 weeks,observed the changes of TCM syndrome score,angina attack frequency,stopping rate of nitroglycerin tablet and blood lipid level,and observed and compared the clinical effect.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the observation results and their correlation,and a conclusion was drawn.RESULTS:1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and TCM single syndrome score of the two groups both decreased.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant;the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 87.88%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was71.88%,P < 0.05,showing the statistical significance.2.After treatment,the frequency of angina attack in the treatment group and the control group both decreased.The improvement of angina attackfrequency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05).3.After treatment,the total stopping rate of nitroglycerin was 72.73% in the treatment group and 53.13% in the control group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group and the control group were improved in varying degrees.The improvement of blood lipid in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUTION:In the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and turbiditis internal obstruction syndrome),the combination of modified Ditan decoction and western medicine has obvious advantages over western medicine alone,which can more effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attack,reduce the consumption of nitroglycerin,and improve the level of blood lipid.
