Objective and significance : By sorting out and summarizing the treatise on treatment taboo theory written by doctors in the past dynasties, sorting out the treatment taboo theory of Nei Jing and Zhong Jing's thought, combining with the works related to the Febrile diseases, focusing on sorting out the content of Wu Jutong's treatment taboo theory of Febrile diseases, and expound the practical development and application field of treatment taboo theory. It provides reference for doctors to study taboo theory, and is expected to be beneficial to the treatment of TCM clinical syndrome differentiation. Methods: 1.Based on the study of ancient books, consult a lot of research on taboo theory, and carry out literature sorting, analysis and induction.Further combing “Nei Jing”,"Treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases" and the records related to the treatment taboo of the febrile disease experts in Ming and Qing Dynasties.2.Take the medical works of Wu Jutong as the core, further explain the development and application of treatment taboo theory in clinical.Conclusions:1.The idea of treatment taboo originated from ancient philosophy and the book of changes.Through the ancients' divination of good and bad luck, understanding of natural laws, they can predict the good and bad, guide people's practice, and use it as the action criterion to show the wisdom of ancient people, which shows that taboo has been rooted in people's life from ancient times."One Yin and one Yang is the way".The balance of yin and Yang, and the balance of Yiji, are gradually having a far-reaching impact on people's lives.Zhong Jing's treatise on Febrile and miscellaneous diseases has a more comprehensive system of syndrome differentiation and treatment, which applies the treatment taboo to the clinical practice, and applies the traditional Chinese medicine taboo to the clinical practice,so that the clinical diagnosis and treatment has a more clear treatment standard. It is of great significance to Wu Jutong's theory of contraindications in the treatment of febrile diseases.2.The first "Internal Classic" of febrile diseases, rooted inZhong Jing and researched and developed, has been produced since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, greatly enriching the theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and therefore enriching the theoretical content of treatment taboo theory.Wu Jutong summed up the previous experience, and made a more detailed summary of the taboos in many aspects, such as disease syndromes, prescriptions, etc.he proposed that the method of "three prohibitions of dampness and temperature","four prohibitions of white tiger" and "Prohibition of perspiration" play an extremely important role in the clinical treatment of febrile diseases.3.Wu Jutong's treatment taboo needs a lot of consideration in the clinical treatment. The taboo is put forward for the disease corresponding to the proposed article differentiation, rather than taking the meaning out of context alone. There are many points to be discussed in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, such as Xin Wen is not the absolute taboo in the treatment of febrile diseases;febrile diseases are not always taboo to sweat, but occasionally sweat;febrile diseases can be treated, but when the case is under trial;damp, warm and dry,and should be moistened; All of the above indicate that there is a change in the treatment taboo, and the clinical application should be flexible.Although treatment taboo and treatment taboo are dialectical methods from different perspectives, they are indispensable in the treatment and complement each other.Nowadays, there are many people who study the treatment methods,so the research of taboo should also be paid attention to.
