In the process of business operation,with the emergence of the joint-stock company,the ownership and management rights of the enterprise are gradually separated,and there will be a considerable proportion of senior managers in the company to control the company,but they do not hold the equity of the company,and this phenomenon also aggravates the contradiction between the actual controllers and senior managers of the company.The birth of the equity incentive system is to solve the deepening principal-agent contradiction between the two.Equity incentive system can not only enhance the attraction of enterprises,retain core talents,attract new talents,but also make the interests of shareholders and management closely linked.In the study of the effect caused by the occurrence of an event in an enterprise,most of the methods used are case studies.In the analysis of this paper,we still use this method,through this method to analyze the changes of Aier ophthalmology after the implementation of equity incentive.Before analyzing the specific issues to be studied in this paper,a series of preparatory work has been done,and the literature related to equity incentive at home and abroad as well as the theoretical basis of equity incentive have been sorted out,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis.Secondly,taking Aier ophthalmology as an example,this paper analyzes the contents of three different equity incentive schemes implemented by Aier ophthalmology successively,and compares the contents of the three schemes.When aer ophthalmology implements equity incentive,the way it adopts is not single.In2010,it implemented stock option incentive plan,while in 2013 and 2016,it implemented restricted stock.According to its own development requirements,the incentive plan and incentive plan formed a chain reaction in time.Then,from the three aspects of market reaction,financial performance and non-financial performance,the paper analyzes the implementation effect of equity incentive of Aier ophthalmology.Through these indicators,it can be concluded that the incentive plan of Aier ophthalmology not only makes the company's operating performance increasegreatly,but also stimulates the enthusiasm of employees,motivates employees' innovation ability and effectively promotes the development of the market Exhibition,which is conducive to the long-term development of the company.The successful experience of case enterprise incentive is that the incentive intensity of core talents is increasing and the scope is wider.In addition,there are many ways to choose when implementing equity incentive,while Aier ophthalmology also chooses to use different methods to make the equity incentive plan smoothly implemented in different periods.It is not determined that only one method is used.In the process of implementation,the overall party The case is in line with the growth of Aier Ophthalmology,which also makes the implementation of equity incentive plan more flexible.However,in the process of equity incentive implementation,there are also some shortcomings of aer Ophthalmology,such as low exercise conditions and single assessment index.I think we should carefully choose reasonable exercise conditions when making equity incentive plan.If the conditions of exercise are too low,the goal is easy to achieve,and the original purpose of incentive can not be achieved;if the conditions of exercise are too high,the incentive object will feel that the goal is too difficult to achieve,and will be afraid of it,so as to lose enthusiasm,and also can not achieve the original purpose.At the same time,aer ophthalmology should also expand the assessment indicators.At present,the exercise conditions of aer ophthalmology are mainly linked with the return on net assets and the growth rate of net profit,both of which are indicators of financial performance,which will lead to the inability of aer ophthalmology to comprehensively grasp the company's information in the assessment process.Aer ophthalmology should add some non-financial indicators to facilitate more systematic assessment Analyze and summarize the implementation effect of the company.At the same time,for the sake of fairness,in order to prevent people in the same position from getting different treatment during the implementation process and avoid psychological gap caused by employees,aer eye should closely link equity incentive with employees' on-the-job information to ensure that employees in the same position can get the same treatment and enjoy the same incentive scheme,so as to stimulate their work enthusiasm Toenrich the employees' psychological state of fairness and justice,to ensure that the equity incentive mechanism can be implemented smoothly and play its role to the maximum.
