At present,we are actively and vigorously promoting the reform of medicine separation and prescription outflow,decentralizing the pharmacy service originally belonging to hospital to the social pharmacy,aiming to cutting off the complicated interest chain of medicine,reducing the time for patients to wait in line to take medicine,which treats malaria called "difficult to see a doctor" and "expensive to see a doctor".E-prescription is the best extra conductive ingredient for this prescription.However,traditional e-prescriptions can only be stored and used centrally in various hospitals,facing problems such as islands of e-prescription information,single point of failure,excessive hospital authority,and privacy disclosure,and thus unable to provide secure interconnection and sharing of prescription information and drug retail consumption information in medical institutions,and patients cannot build complete information on lifelong prescriptions,which is not conducive to patients seeking medical advice.In response to this problem,the research topic on research and application of e-prescription based on blockchain technology are proposed.With the advantages of the blockchain for its distributed,decentralized,trustless,non-tamperable,encrypted security,traceability and programmability,etc.and based on the e-prescription business process,an e-prescription information and drug retail consumption information and other information can be safely and reliably interconnected and shared in real time in doctors,patients and pharmacists,reflecting the patient-centric e-prescription system is designed.several work are completed mainly following:(1)The blockchain technology platform Hyperledger Fabric is used to build an consortium blockchain network to provide blockchain services for upper-layer applications.(2)Based on the traditional e-prescription business process,a set of business processes that conform to the system design goals and principles are designed to achieve logical control and reading and writing of user information,e-prescription information,and drug information,etc.(3)Data structure of e-prescription book and an e-prescription are proposed torealize the absolute control of e-prescriptions by patients.(4)According to the system function division,we detailed design and program the of data structure and function including patient information management chaincode,doctor information management chaincode,pharmacist information management chaincode and other chaincode,which involved in user management,in-clinic and registration management,e-prescription management and medicine sales and purchase management function modules,and introduce the interaction process between the user and the system and the internal program of the system in a sequence diagram?(5)The chaincode designed in each function module was deployed on the consortium blockchain network,and the Java web was visually invoked to implement the business logic and test the various functions of the system.This system overcomes the disadvantages of traditional e-prescriptions.for one thing,the patient controls the authorization list on the e-prescription book to control the read and write permissions of the e-prescription,and the patient privacy is protected during the sharing of the e-prescription.for another,the system uses blockchain technology to ensure the secure interconnection and sharing of patient information,doctor information,pharmacy pharmacist information,e-prescription information,and medicine information,etc.,which are provided to protect the reform of prescription outflow and medicine.
